If you don't already have the app open, you can't use the app at all if you have no WiFi or signal. If you are at a spot with WiFi or signal and you activate a pass and keep the app open on your phone then you can use the pass but only if you kept the app open. Also, even if you keep the app open and try to activate a 2-hour pass without WiFi or signal then you can't do it. This is very inconvenient for someone who relies on WiFi. My workplace does not have WiFi so I am unable to activate passes
I find this app extremely helpful. I like having a ticket on my smart phone if I don't have the correct fare in cash or coin.
It doesn't work!! It WILL NOT send the 3-digit code to my phone. Which is annoying bc now I cant activate my semester pass!!
I had to pay a convenience fee because all the physical machines are broken, and the station offices are all closed. Scam app
Only works with mobile data ot wifi connected. Drivers dont care if you lose signal or phone dies and app stops .... your walking
You can only sign in with local numbers. I have a mexican number so it's impossible for me to use the app.
Well I just downloaded the app and it won't let me sign in , says invalid phone number, I moved here from Mississippi and I have a Mississippi number, I'm not going to change my phone number, because I will lose contact with everyone from back home, and I am not sure I want to stay here because all the thugs everywhere and I don't mean the homeless , just everywhere I go I don't feel safe, or feel I might have to harm another person to keep from getting hurt or robbed myself,
App is fine but you're charged additional "convenience" fees. Dont buy your fare this way.

This is a "Service Fee Free App" thats what is in the description. So why is there a convenience fee and what is for ? ? ? Please explain ? ? ?
How does this app work when getting on the bus do i just show the driver?

It's a good app. Makes my life easier being able to purchase bus tickets on my phone. My app keeps giving me issues saying I have no internet and to try turning airplane mode off even though all my other apps work just fine. Makes it stressful to access the app when I actually need it.
I think it's stupid I can't register a ticket when I pay in cash. I can have phone scan as a ticket only if I buy from the app. Not if I pay with cash and want to ticket for transfer on my phone.
It was working good until today I accidentally signed out and now I can't get back in doesn't send me the text messages or phone calls. So annoyed because I have a 30 DAY pass on it
Ticketing feature is nice but maybe you could add route and schedule information.
For all the people who hate paying like 50 cents for a convince fee.. stupid. This is much easier then going all the way to the bus station and much more convenient. I'll gladly pay that fee. You guys are doing a great job keep it up.
I just started using this app a month ago and I loved it. It's a life saver on those days I dont have cash on me. This new update however comes with a convenience fee which bumps the fare from $1.75 to $2.00 not good customer service that some people have to pay more than their co-bus riders simply because we're using a tool provided by Suntran.
The fees per ticket are insane! They already charge cash fares on this app (if you use a card you pay $1.50 for a full fare ticket, if you use cash it's $1.75, on this app expect to pay $2) and it feels like they don't want people using it. I keep an emergency day pass on my phone in case I forget my physical card. The fee was $0.50 extra! Greed. Plain and simple. I'm glad I don't forget my card that often.
It won't allow me to purchase tickets. That's literally the only reason I downloaded it and it glitches.
If the app would have more useful tools like a live map or departure times. That would be awesome. But as of the last update; when making a payment for a ticket from my phone all I get is an error message. Nothing regarding a failed transaction, but a system error prompts cannot process payment at the time??? What's wrong with it? I've already uninstalled and downloaded the updated version but get the same error.
Its very inconsistent. When it randomly does not work, the customer service representative will not help. I got stuck 30 minutes from my home because the app did not work and there was no place to buy a ticket without cash.
Drivers need to be educated. I've been using the app for 3 mths now and I used to love it. However now the drivers are harassing me
This must be the only app in the world that charges more per ticket than it costs to buy directly on the bus.
Being a person who uses public transit regularly; the application makes travel and purchases much easier. The hassle of traveling to a transit center or depot sometimes is a nuisance and time consuming when in running timed erramds or scheduled work hours etc. Although proof of identification fir economy fare riders may be easier such as having the app contain that information for easier boarding.
