Gourmet Runner Driver

Ever since the last update, I constantly have to log out and back in to do anything otherwise it just sits there with a spinning loading sign. It also always takes orders I have claimed and unclaimed them only for me to have to claim them again over and over. I have a galaxy note 20 so I'm not sure if this is just an android issue or what but it's extremely annoying.

Very glitchy app ever since I started using it over the summer. Has only gotten worse. Recently it has not even allowed me accept ANY orders in real time. It also continously ejects future orders that I have already accepted. It's been doing this for a week. If you have other app options for delivery management, I highly suggest you use those. Cartwheel is awful

Today was the second day trying to use the app for Potbelly's new rollout. Yesterday, i claimed three orders, processed to pickup in order to take them out the door, only to have them disappear from the app. Thank fully, I memorized the addresses before leaving the store. Asst. manager calls me on the way to a fourth delivery, stating that DoorDash drivers had shown up looking for the order I had delivered. Potbelly claims it is their IT problem. Looks like it is an app problem. Huge waste of time and money. Our customers could not order for delivery unless they called in their orders, and I could claim NOTHING.

Having run a family delivery service for several years now, I have to admit this one app has helped out so much. It helps plan out and optimize the routes and keep us all on the same page.

Good, quick and with excellent navigation. It doesn't take any time to load and as long as you have a good network it'll work great.

I'm glad to see that the app keeps improving with each update. After the last update I no longer experience freezes or any other bugs.

Orders that have already been claimed get bumped back to new orders and need to be reclaimed. This happens on ever order and happens multiple times. This glitch makes the app almost unusable.

Very good to pick and manage your orders. I like that there's a history tab where you can review your latest deliveries.

One feature I really love about the app is its real-time map, which is extremely accurate and helps me with those areas of the city I really don't know too well.

As someone with little to no experience as a delivery man, this app is making my job a lot easier because it helps to be more organized with my orders.

A must have if you work with Cartwheel. It's a very friendly app that will facilitate your work by making it easier picking new orders.

Since I installed this app I've noticed I'm more efficient with my job, I no longer lose several minutes every time I have to go through my orders.

Great app for catering. I cater pretty regularly to several businesses in the area. Several of my regulars called me up personally to tell me how they like being able to click a link and see right where their driver is and how close their food is.

Thanks for making this app available to us. It's the best way to coordinate all your orders and be faster delivering them.

I was afraid that the app could be confusing or too cumbersome to use, but not at all, everything is straight to the point.

Some months ago I felt they still had to do a lot of work with the app, but it has gotten better with each update and right now it works exactly as I need it to. Thank you!
