Easy to use, appreciate the reminders to pick my recipes and it takes all the faff out of deciding what to eat every week! The selection is great and we have genuinely loved every meal. Really tasty and has made dinner much more exciting for us. Meat and veggies always fresh, only had 1 issue which was resolved via the app with an instant credit to our account without needing to call up or email anyone. Love it!
Easier when you could see whole recipe title on one screen. Easy to navigate and order choices and extras. Also the chat closes if you need to look for things and vouchers and gifts not easy to apply
Never once I got a box with all the ingredients inside. The meals are repetitive and monotonous after a while. Gousto is unable to widen the variety on dishes in their menue. Also the allergic list needs to be increased.
Excellent, user friendly app. Delicious food. Interesting recipes. With a choice of 60 recipes Gousto is brilliant. All the ingredients I've received have been great. Gousto has totally improved my cooking & my confidence with making new recipes. I'm amazed that I can make such delicious food so easily. I live alone & by using Gousto there is no food waste. Highly recommended.
Great app, love how you can see the menu before you can order. I really like that they give you credit if an ingredient is missing or is incorrect. However, I would like to mention that there are only two options to state your dietary preference. Either no dietary requirements or vegetarian. And I get Tony's chocolonely freebies that I can't eat because they contail milk (I'm vegan). But, overall I am extremely pleased to use gousto! You have made my life less stressful 😊
Really good app. Easy to use. I would like to see the option to "favourite" recipes so that if they become available again in the future there is a "your favourites" tab for quick access.
App works well. I would like a feature where you can shortlist meals you like the look of, then make your final choice from the shortlist.
The app is OK but with so many recipes to look at it would be really useful to have a 'like/favourite ' star or similar to remember the ones I fancy and cut the number down to a shortlist.
GOUSTO APP is easy, efficient and always there. We have never eaten so varied and so well. Great recipes, brilliant delivery, and soooo easy even my hubby cooks now too!
Good but hard to keep upto when a shift worker... Also boxes sometimes come with 4 meal choices too use in 3 days which isn't possible... Only once had a missing item ..
Super easy to use. Great food. Service is pretty good. Portion size could be improved but otherwise pretty good.
My edits for this have changed as my experiences change. Currently I have just opened a packet of absolutely disgusting chicken from gousto... Slimey, smelly and well just awful... The standards since the end of November have been slipping, with missing items, expiring vegetables, mislabeling and now this... Needless to say after months I have decided to leave and go elsewhere. It was good for a while but not anymore.
Gousto itself is fantastic, it has re-energised my weekly meals and made then a lot healthier and tasty, but this app just makes the whole process so easy to search for meals, chose, change, update, check. Love it.
Very user-friendly, intuitive and all-round brilliantly designed app for what is a very good product/service. Makes the process of picking meals, adding extras etc. even more quick and convenient.
You need to be careful with touch as you'll complete your order easily before you're finished your order. This app has frozen on me quite a few times whilst I was deciding on my extras.
Used to be great but no longer shows all recipes in the cookbook. Another update on 18/5 and still the same problem - FIXED in latest update. As of March 2022, cookbook again missing numerous recipes
Just joined. The reviews seem good and I'm excited however I really really really wish you had a 5 meal option. Hello Fresh do have a 5 meal option. However I'd be paying £20 more for the privilege. NO THANKS 🤦♀️.
Great app, easy to use. Would be good if you could filter by calorie range though.
I can't actually add anything to the menu or view any recipes. Whenever I tap, nothing happens.
Constantly crashes when trying to load recipes to choose. Other than that very happy with gousto but don't like thr glitch I'm experiencing
This ratings is regarding the app and nothe service - I was all about to rate the app highly, until I wanted to rate the meals - which is not were you expect it - I accidentally rated a few meals far lower than expected, the just vanished taking the ratings with them, not can I see my rating or others. What is that about?
We really enjoy the choice and recipes every week ideal if you want variety and don't like wasting food
Was great until this week when our food was not delivered. Tried to contact twice via live chat but an absolute waste of time. Will be going back to hello fresh as much better service.
Easy to use, so many choices...loads of excellent recipes, fresh ingredients, and so delicious!
When trying to rate the food, sometimes it disappears before I can write anything in the box, which can be annoying when you're trying to give an explanation
Delicious meals , easy to follow recipes,delivered promptly ,only problem sometimes I like a recipe and next time it's not there
Really enjoying the variety and ease of recipes. The ingredients are always good and it's fun to choose new meals every week. The app works great, nice and easy no messing about. I'll definitely be recommending to friends.
I love the gousto boxes. However the app and website are sooo slow to load, to the point where I've had to give up on choosing recipes several times. It's definitely not my Internet, they need to do something about this.
Easy to use and select recipes for the week. The automated support system is excellent, and even when you need to speak to someone, the chat system is solid. Only thing I'd like to see is night mode, I believe it is available on the iPhone app so I'd like to see it on here too (unless I'm missing it?)
