When I select the VTC Ventura Transit Center stop, it brings up all these InterCity bus routes that I never ride. I wish I could choose to see only the Gold Coast Transit routes. Also, it would be great if the routes were in numerical order. It's hard to navigate through all that in real time when rushing to find the right bus before it leaves.

Great app when the times are shown correctly. Sometimes buses aren't showing when they should be. Wait times are usually innacurate, sometimes you wait for a bit too long, sometimes you miss the bus despite it saying you have plenty of time to make it. Very inconsistent app and frustrating to many.

This app just recently updated and I'm not sure if the developers tested it. I use a Galaxy A51 and the old app worked just fine. The new update seemed to have broken it. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and that didn't do anything. The app just sits loading forever with no progress at all. I hope they fix this quickly

The app is completely unreliable. It never provides the correct time. It will list only the following bus to come not the present one. One always has to check the actual schedule to gauge when the bus will arrive. It will predict a bus will arrive in 20 minutes but it actually arrives sooner than that.

I dont know what serpent Empire was looking for in an app to track Ventura County busses, but I downloaded it, and it tracks all the Ventura County busses I cared to look up. That includes the one I'm writing this review on, so I know it's accurate. That review sucks. This app is everything I ever wanted in an app to track Ventura county busses.

Well I used to 💕 this app , because I am a big time ⏰ procrastinator but for the past month or 2 like most of the other reviews have stated the app will 🚫 not load up no matter what I do .. I have tried reinstalling, I've even gone as far as 🏭 resetting my 🤳 🤔 thinking the problem was on my 🔚 but now that I see that alot of people are having the same issue I 🤔 think it is safe to say that it's a problem with the app. If the developers can read I hope they make the 👍 move and update 🔜

I rarely take public transportation so when I do, I am always so confused how to navigate routes. This stop had a sign saying it was off route & when the bus came i couldn't use my tap like LA county. I shouldnt have even had to pay for the fair but the nasty woman riding the bus kept telling I'm holding up her route and didn't tell me that, so a student was nice enough to cover me. Then after the bus is moving she tells me to install this app for next time. The app wouldn't even load right.

This app is pretty cool if you need to know where bus stops are located, when the bus will be showing up, need to be reminded when to head to the bus stop, see where the bus is on the live map, and get important service announcements like stop closures.

It's okay, but I mostly use Maps from Google to plan my bus route. I like that it gives train information too. But it's just taking up memory and I rarely use it.

I would've given this app 5 stars but the last few times I opened this app it only loaded 4 icons..? Otherwise I like this app and it is a legit 5 stars for simplicity and a nice 3 ways to look into my traveling around town.

Old version of the app worked fine I dont know if the developers tested it beforehand the new update but it's taking forever to load in.

I like riding the bus bus drivers are awesome. And you meet alot people and that's fun for me. I recommend the people who has cars try riding the bus. If it wasn't for them I would be stuck at home .
