Typical DelTek garbage. This app has one of the worst user experience designs and GUIs out there. Rather than just making a slightly mobile version of their abysmal desktop app (which is also terrible) they somehow managed to make using DelTek even more difficult. You can't even type your time into the time card, the simplest and most convenient way to do it. Instead you have to you a slot machine roll and there's one for both hours and minutes!
After update, this app does not work on any of my devices. It just opens the splash screen and goes away. Happens on my phone and tablet.
Dumpster fire garbage. You'd figure an app your required to use for work would be updated to compatibility with current Android devices. Hahaha nothing like working for the gov. Worked fine on my old phone. Oh well.
I find the views very cumbersome, some time i randomly get a delete on a row, the time log opens in edit mode, or i struggle to know which day im adding hours to. Should open to the last empty work day. First thing in the morning (after midnight) i reaize i forgot to enter time, but app is so unfriendly i accidentally enter time in today instead of yesterday, which was forgotten.
App is slow and needs work (especially that login animation transition before you can even enter your PIN, so frustrating!) but it does get the job done. Integrating biometrics as an alternative to a PIN would be great too.
This is just poorly written. Very slow. Frequently won't connect. App keeps failing with PIN forcing you to recreate it. Horribly slow transition. Looks like somebody was just learning how to write mobile apps on Deltek's dime.
Overall the app works fine and mostly does what I need to do. Please either get rid of the unnecessary splash screen that takes too long or at least shorten the time.
The fade time on the logo is SUPER annoying to have to wait through - just show me the login screen. Searching for charge codes is difficult, and requires I add my own percent signs to do "like" queries (sql dev here). It would be nice to be able to use fingerprint login instead of trying to type out my password every time.
It Was Useful... I recently upgraded phones from a Galaxy S8 to an S10e. Now the app immediately comes back with "unable to connect to server". Reboots of the phone and reinstallation of the app do not fix the issue.
It used to work fantastic. Samsung push an update for my Galaxy Note 10+, now the app does not work at all. I have been using this app for almost 8 years and this is the first issue I have had with it.
Was working fine until my Android 12 update on 11/18/21. Now the app won't even open. Please help. My phone is telling me the app has bugs. I deleted the old one and downloaded it again and it still didn't work.
Utter trash, couldn't even use it because it couldn't find the server even though I logged into it on the mobile device outside of the app. I'd give it no stars if I could. There are some serious flaws that need to be addressed.
The app is great but it needs some updates. This app currently works on Apple devices but not Androids phones. It was tested on several devices to find out what was going on.
Mostly works. Should default to 8 hours since that's the most common. Takes forever to start and since that's not long enough they add a five second fade to the passcode screen.
When we go to sign a time sheet PLEASE POP UP THE CURRENT HOUR TOTAL BEFORE WE SIGN! And also have the hour total displayed permanently at the top as you scroll between days! I'm short a day now because it didn't save correctly on Monday but I signed my timesheet Friday and submitted it because I couldn't see the missing Monday time. This will be fun trying to convince HQ. Shouldn't have to scroll through every day before signing. GIVE US THE TOTAL! Horrid UI
EDIT: IM FREE FROM THIS GOD FORSAKEN APP!!!! THE NEW DELTEK UPDATE MAKES THIS APP NO LONGER WORK!! F R E E D O M!! This app is HIGHLY unreliable. Even the support group admits the app is unreliable. This app has not been updated in 3 years, which obviously shows how much this company "cares" about it's users. Every damn day there are server issues. Absolutely negligent. If I had a choice I would delete this app off of my phone as fast as possible. Govcon = GARBAGE
I was happy with this app until I upgraded my phone and found the app doesn't work with Android 9.0. Please fix this. I imagine there will be many users experiencing this same issue.
Can't seem to get it to work. When I open it the app closes automatically. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.
Horrible will not work on my Samsung S22 Andoid phone even after I reset it. What is going on with your App. You would think it would work especially when you work for the government, time to update your APP..................................... Represent you are part of the government of the USA.....................................
The fade in animation is unnecessary and slow. The app also didn't let me go into any of the menus other than the Expense tab. Unusable.
I just bought the Samsung Ultra & when I try to open this app, it shuts down immediately. I need this app to put in my time. It worked fine on my last phone but now I'm having trouble. Is there an update for this app?
This app worked on my old phone. I installed on new phone and get an error message telling me to update. From the reviews it looks like it has quit working
Does not work at all. Opens and then immediately closes. Tried uninstalling and restarting my phone, still doesn't work.
Used for years on my Galaxy S8, upgraded to Galaxy S22, and the app won't work at all. Contacted developer, but got no response.
Having same issues as others. Once phone updated I get an error message that thr app has a bug and will not allow the app to open. Worked great prior.
This app sets the standard as the worst possible app. It's 98% useless. The fact that it hasn't been updated since 2017 should tell you something. When it worked, it was slow, buggy, and only offered very limited functionality. Now that I've got Android 10 it's totally unusable. "Unable to Connect to Server". Congrats devs, now this app is 100% useless.
