Huge Regret - Don't BUY! Here is a breakdown of EVERY game. Round starts (pre-flop) instant raise by AI. You call. AI raises 100% of the pot. Rest of AI call, last AI re-raises again. Your turn - to call you have to drop 80% of your chips on round one. Problem is, 90% of rounds is this scenario. It's not about skill. They want to push you to spend real money. Advise to devs - bring down the constant 3-4 times the AI raises and re-raises pre flop. This is dumb.
If you thought of buying the game for Android because you was delighted by the PC version, I'll let you know that this version is nothing more than adware. Some PC features are cut here (bank is replaced with in-app purchases, AI of the players seems modified to the way to make you lose most of your games, achievements are not showing on left side when you earned them during game, and probably even more "surprises" if you ever succeed beating the players and owning all cities), so I recommend you to not waste money on this horrible port of the game, just play the PC version if you can.
Cannot believe I spent money on this game. If you're dealt a pair, another player is dealt a higher pair. More hands won on the river than I can count. If you're playing the hand you have to have three of a kind minimum to win, if you're not in a single pair will take the pot. The CPUs (at least 3-4 a hand) will regularly bet 40% of their stack pre flop. The buildings you have to buy for thousands of coins net you maybe 3 coins profit a day. Just an absolutely awful game.
I just spent money for 5000$ chips, joined a 5000 chip tournament and it crashed and won't load now. It bugs a lot when you go all in with a good hand, the buttons will disappear, the cards stop being dealt and all you can do is use the menu to leave table. It now has been months, I deleted the player with the game that wouldn't load to make a new one, but there are no "restore purchases" button.
Firstly, the AI is terrible. It will call a raise re-raise in last position with like 10-4 unsuited. Worse than that, the game doesn't fit your phone screen, so you can't ever see what actually is going on.
I've been playing GoP2 for like 5 years or so, and though it's a-cash-makes-recovering-from-skewed-odds-so-much-easier like the rest of 'em, (they're here to profit from Googles Customer Base after all, and we all know that going in); I do very much enjoy the Hat Obsession part of the Journey! 🙃 I did have to subtract a star (from the 5 I put there 5 years or so ago); just now because for whatever reason, I'm only making 1 dollar rent from each building I purchase in the game I just started.
Lived the old version of the game, when you just owned it and did it have to continue paying to play. If you run out of money on this one, you have to start from scratch. I regret the purchase, even though the game used to be great.
In-game purchases, pay-to-win deals, extra items and tournaments behind a pay wall in every city, even after you buy the app. Extremely disappointed.
Was a good way to pass the time. But now the whole game is shifted a little to the right, making the next day button unreachable.
Even though this is a paid version, the game is designed toget you to spend more money on chips. Ai is poor, but gets way too many good hands. PC version is better.
when you have a good hand and you all in then the game crashes. when you re-open the game you will be before the last flop, but after it show a card that wasn't the flop before it crashes. and also it is fullmof bugs
I really love so much about this game , except the one thing that makes me want to delete it is the way the computer players play. They always raise pre-flop it's so frustrating! I've never seen someone in a real game ever raise pre-flop!
This is a game that you have to initially purchase. You should not be forced to purchase more chips or to watch videos or advertisements to continue play when you purchase a game.
the computer opponents are complete trash. they will always raise pre flop. even if they have nothing. and when you finally get a hand worth seeing the flop at 6 times the blind, you get beat out by someone who had 2,9 because they happened to hit a full house on the flop.
I regret that I paid for this game!!!!!! it's a joke....it manages to lose y money..so y have to use the store!!!!!I had the pc version it was very nice... this is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do not try it
I buy this game on samsung s10+ but the screen doesn't fit in and I can't see the full image 😠. It's annoying and I don't enjoy playing it!!!
Game doesnt fit the screen of my phone. I have galaxy a50...when I'm playing on the table and I want to see the last hand the options are too far off the screen to press it.
Couldn't move forward in the game as it had cut off the edges of the screen so I couldn't press next day, a shame as I used to like playing this game. Sony 5 phone
You get to pay a premium price to pay more in the game to keep playing, and the interface doesn't fit the screen. Avoid.
This has been improved and now seems to give you the ability to win more games. I loved the PC version and am starting to enjoy the Android one as well
There updates mess it up. It was great when I first paid for the game. It worked well for a time. Until new update f'ed it up

I payed for the stupid game and I still can't go to the next day before playing pocker. the Desktop version was much better. uninstalled.

I've played other versions of GOP, but this one is just ridiculously hard. I only got so far before I stopped playing. I think they want to force you to make in-app purchases to go further in the game. It stops being fun when you HAVE to win first place in every tournament to progress, only to lose with a pair of kings to some moron AI player who keeps raising with a 2-6 and then magically wins on the river. Like, over and over. It's no fun.
