No problem at all with the app- it's cheap and efficient WHEN YOU CAN GET A DRIVER. Just today alone, I had 6 individual drivers cancel my order, one after the other. I was late for work, and ended up having to use a different app/company for double the price. I SUGGEST that Go-Viet work out a system with their drivers' version of the app, in case all this "accepting" of orders is not voluntary on the driver's part. I almost lost my job, even though I left more than enough time to travel there.

Drivers have difficulty finding addresses.It took them longer to pick and take you to the right one. Just few minutes ago, one driver missed the pickup point and opted to cancel. The next driver ranted that I should put the building number. Apparently, on the app it only showed the name of the establishment (my pickup point) and the street name. No number. DO THEY EXPECT ME TO KNOW THIS? Tsk3 language barrier. Could you fix the system so there'll be no more frustrated driver & irate customers?

Of the 14 times I have tried making a booking only 4 have been successful. 1. The drivers accept even though they are 20 minutes away. 2. The app doesn't update so you can't see them moving towards you. 3. Three times a driver has a arrived but it has been a different one to my screen even though they have my details. 4. It has taken 30 minutes each time to be successful. 5. Too easy to accidentally book again. 6. I want to make a booking every day from 6.45am but this is not possible.

Advertising notifications all the time . Tried to travel using the app but it does not take card so had to go to an ATM first. Then booked the ride. Had 3 drivers accept the journey then cancel within 5 minutes. So i moved to a corner where i know goviet drivers wait for rides and tried to book again. They did not accept the journey. I showed them my phone that I was waiting for a ride and they just laughed at me. Total waste of time I miss uber so much.

I hope there is an English version of it, especially with the promo on their app. Although the app has potential. I was just a bit disappointed on my first use because on the app there was a promo of 10,000vnd anywhere but when I clicked it and use the app to book, there was no promo. I felt that it was false advertising. I don't even know if the driver was gouping me or something but he said there was no promo.

Worst thing about this app is the drivers: absolutely unprofessional. Recently, I've ordered drinks and the driver rang my doorbell, not call. I've noted and text him about my order, he checked it but he didn't follow it. Not just this time but many times before I've seen the unprofessional drivers like this. Compared to your rivals, you don't have promotions, professional drivers and good customer care service to compete. As a customer, obviously I'll choose the best option.

not bad, need a lot of improvement like more stops in the same trip. Also thell their drivers to not call you right ofter order a bike. Every single time they call to confirm what its confirmed in the app (To me defeat the purpose and convenience of the the whole App).

Had a terrible experience. So I uninstalled it. there is a error with this app and it mistakenly calls several drivers. you end upgetting called by 10 drivers, and some will get really angry. one of them texted me, insulted me, and threatened to kill my family. so I do not recommend it at all. It is a very bad and dangerous app.

I'm a food merchant on this app, and i saw a ton of inconveniences: - i took over a month to process contract and partnership - there is no notification about new orders when customers order food, the only way to know is when shippers go to the restaurant and ask for the order. - there is no merchant application. Any changes in the shop page, even smallest ones, must go through GoViet staffs. It's clear that the merchants are too passive when using this app and lack of competition.

The app is not bad. The drivers are terrible. They cancelled my bookings 5 times in a row. If they cannot accept it, then don't. But instead, they accepted and asked me to cancel. Unbelievable! Terrible customer experience. The app should somehow fine the riders for cancelling users' bookings. I were terribly pissed yesterday.

There doesn't seem to be a customer care phone number. I want to call to say that even with the high-accuracy setting, the app entered the wrong food delivery address. After contacting the driver by 3 messages and two phone calls, a delivery that should have taken 10 min took over 30. The driver got violently angry when I asked him to contact the cty about the wrong address.

I have to cancel order for food delivery so many times as most of the drivers either want to delay it for 2 to 3 hours, if not, they keep calling but not going. I am very annoyed. If they are not interested, why bother to call so many time.

I booked a ride perhaps 17 km but I felt confused because the information the app provided that driver is a woman and driver who came to pick me up was another person. In this case I used the call button in the app but how was suprise when "the driver" asked me why I call her. Perhaps it wouldn't safe for me if I decided to get on the stranger's vehicle. He used 3 difference phone numbers to call me and after 20 times he sent me a message to warn me. How a bad service.

5 out of 7 times That I've used their service my order was canceled after long delays. The food when delivered is usually twice the wait time given and cold on delivery. They give things of vouchers, none of which I've been able to apply. Use other food companies. These guys are awful.

I ordered Go-food with promotion applied. When I received my food, driver said my order was not applied promotion. I still gave him money. I sent an email to Go-Viet customer service. Then I got the feedback that was driver's fault bcz he entered wrong number. So, they returned the promotion for me and I lose my money :)) how stupid the way the solve this issue.

GoViet should remove the driver's ability to cancel the application. Many times, drivers cancel after receiving applications a few minutes. Today the GoFood driver canceled my application after 30 minutes of receiving it. It took my time and the driver was so impolite. This feature shows that GoViet is full of unconscious drivers.

it'd be great to get the estimated time of arrival for the driver and the text translation especially because they sometimes dont speak English when they call to confirm something so it sort of gets frustrating on both sides.

cannot register, keep saying "We have sent too many codes, try again in 24hrs". I have tried for over 1 week now. Is this a bug or u guys are really that overloaded? also, I actually have account, multiple accounts to be exact, but I changed my phone number so could not log in, and have quite a hard time to register new phone number because my email is already registered. Is a person not allowed to change their phone number and keep email?

Drivers are good, but if i minimise the app, it does not retain driver detail or the ride, meaning i get repeated phone calls from drivers when i have found another means of transportation Drivers good, app bad.

The app is good but the design and especially the color used in the app always remind me if Grab. Hope GoViet can fix it in the future to have your own characteristic.
