The new App aims to provide pilgrims with better user experience in availing the Services. Pilgrim registration with valid e-mail ID is a prerequisite for booking of Seva/Accommodation/Darshanam . Registration OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification & activation. Please complete all this process well in advance to avail online services.

Not sure whats the purpose of this app, 1. Redirecting & Double authentication: Earlier i used to book Darshan and accomadation, now its redirecting to web page, again after going to webpage we need to provide mobilenumber followed by OTP authentication, then why to login or maintain the mobile app. 2. Wait time instead of handling the load. 3. Horrible navigation ‐-------‐----------- The developers and leads are amazing for such an app, Playstore may delete if more 1 * comes.
Why it shows "Request Time Out Try again Later". I tried Multiple times, everytime Time it shows "Request Time Out Try again Later". Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible. Because it is important to See the latest messages at the temple.
Login is not working in app. Tried to connect multiple attempts but getting time out message. Don't know if this issue in only for me.
App is not working after update. Please fix the bug it is not even logging in.. Earlier it was much smoother
Such a worst app i never seen in my life when I am going to register state is not coming to select I tired lot of times I am fead up of trying soo many times.. Always request timeout and there is no notifications when slots are opening totally worst app dont belive it.. 😡😡😡
Worst app...! It seems ttd has updated to this pathetic user-experiece willingly. Website is also of no use except to weste your time saying you're added to virtual queue. I don't understand this point of waiting even in online booking when other booking apps like bus, movie, even train are going beyond just seat booking. I strongly doubt management surely doing this wantedly for some reason to spoil ttd reputation.
I have recently downloaded the App. I am not able to login. Every time it shows "reached timed out ". Please rectify it
Why is the app redirecting to an external website ? Previous year booking history is unavailable. Something doesn't seem to be right. TTD must come clean. Also the Payment Charges are very high. Non Taxable income organization should charge any payment fees from the devotees.
Every time I want to log in through this app it shows 'Request timed out please try again' even if the password or captcha is correctly entered.
I am always getting on login "The request timed out, please try again later" error, if I try to use as guest getting others errors, I am using Android Version 10

App is not at all opening, previous to this today i have booked vartual seva on May 23/5/ 2022, it shows to update i tryid many times. And I had sent money to magazine for one year they sent only one book, very disappointed.🙏
This used to be very user friendly and great app but not anymore as it doesn't serve the purpose nor able to book any tickets or for anything. This is good for nothing.
Before covid or 3 years back the online service or mobile app is excellent. But from after that the online services are worst. At present the DIP services are not open for common public. The ttd app says 'you are in que,wait' for 3 or 4 minutes . In single word the services which rendered to public are very very very poor

I have been trying to register and it is giving same message "app is under maintenance" for last 3-4 days. I wonder if this app is being used actually. How many days do you need to upgrade the app. Can you update when this app will be ready to use ?
Even though the app connects a bhakth to swamy, the app is suspicious about the bhaktulu, asks OTP and login every time we switch a page. Don't know why TTD is creating such funny hurdles. Multiple time verification is only to fed-up but as a stuanch Bhakta will keep connected. Omm namoo venkateshaya
There is a significant decline in this user-friendly app. Slots Information/ Details seem incorrect and wasting our time too. Earlier I had assesed 5*. Now, it is hardly 2*. Please look into and rectify immediately. Govinda Govinda. Thanks.
Worst app which I had ever seen. When I started to open the app It's saying update available. But no update is available. Before that some times app is not opening at all
As a Hindu I am very unhappy about this app. Previously it works tremendously but not known the reasons, quite some time it was make as useless. The TTD also not responded even it was an official android app. Better we pray only Govinda from our home only!
I am using this app for many years now. Recently I'm not able to login and it's request timed out before I can login to the app.
Provide sufficient height for the fields meant for USERNAME, PASSWORD and CAPTCHA CODE. Despite entering correct/valid username, it asks 'please enter valid username'. Either improve or shutdown this app.
Unable to login to my account it showing request timed out resolve the issue with this app and i tried uninstall and install the app.

Current latest version not working and unable to login my ac account if given correct credentials.. Actually I am also Java developer. Issue is coming wrong msg to user required time session completed within 1 sec.. Please check once

People who created this app literally waste dont know whether they are used or what but its too wrost better to book ticket go and book these kind of application will wast our time and money seriously guys dont install this app better to book any travel agency they will guide u Thank u
Your booking system used to be the best but now its pathetic. After installing the new version, i opened the app and suddenly a message appeared that a new version is available but when i checked playstore, my app is upto date. Your website experience is also horrible. A new feature called waiting time tests the patience of devotees. We need to wait for 10 minutes to enter the booking page. Both app and website are becoming worse.
