just looking at these permissions im immediatly deleting. Why do you need all these that opperator cant turn off? I can turn on and off my own bluetoothe and wifi, dont need an app to do it on its own, like constantly turning wifi off when you are trying to use it. Other receive data from Internet view network connections read battery statistics pair with Bluetooth devices access Bluetooth settings change network connectivity connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi full network access run at startup control vibration prevent device from sleeping

I have an LG G5 and everytime I try to transfer data from my old phone (Samsung Note 4) the application says that I need to connect to mobile data or Wi-Fi and I am clearly on both of them. If anyone has a solution to this id be more than happy to change this to a 5 star rating.

Horrible company, would never use another one of their stores again, promised the world and did not honor what they said, get anything they say in writing.

Dumb middle man company. Go to an actual Verizon store or use the original Verizon app instead of this trash app

When I select "this is my new device" it unfortunately stops. Uh, didn't I pay for the store to help me transfer everything? This is not doing what I paid for. I am very angry. Your staff in the store were great, this is not supporting them. I'll fix my score if you fix the problem.

I believe the store installed this without my permission when they took my phone in the back room.
