This application not working this company number one cheating this application every customer going start the OTP close the application compulsory penalty every time I am explain customer care I am try but driver app not usage telling the company support care every time I am not response is the number one fraud company careful other vendors directly you call Customer cash collected
Please add notification for vendor app also like cab on the way , cab arrived option done , otp successful , so vendor also can trace driver activity on driver app timely ...

Driver app is pathetic app. While trip starting app is not working and while trip stopping if sone issue comes in app. Then penalty is applied for drivers. Why? Your app is not working what should drivers do. . Rates are also downmarket. And in that heavy penalty is been applied. Think once

For every trip we have to uninstall to start on the way and again after reaching location again we have to uninstall and after completing the trip same condition we have download again and then have to close the trip customer will not wait so please make it a proper and resolve the issue of app
Gozo driver app login is not working out but pls do resolve this issue ASAP. Your technical team may not rectified this use ? what happened ? I have been giving so many compliments against gozo driver app login process but no use ... This is very bad.. No matter what ! You have to fix it. Unnecessarily Gozo drivers are facing trouble.

World third class app .not taking the customer location and the team applies penalty for this.automatic delete the data and asking all the silly things from the starting.the app which helps the team to penalized a poor driver .i hadn't seen in my life such a third class app😠ðŸ˜
I have completed more than 50 tripps in gozo but found problems to run this app in every tripp,,, Very bad,,, I don't understand,,, gozo is software development company but they couldn't run their apps properly,,,, No one is responsible to look this matter in this company,,,😂😂😂
i installed the app but it's shows registration error. i registered through online and you send me the mail also. but still same problem, Google, fb and new registration also failed. only shows registration error. i intimate technical also no one stove this. what can i do?,
Everytime Driver app is problem Even if you are in 4G network area The App will showing Your data not synked Successfully, please Force Synked data Successfully, So you can imagine 2G network area like Hill station, I have many experience for completed trips 😄
Drive app is fine . But it has lot of issues . Which need to be resolved . Main issue is App sync Data , it doesn't sync properly . It needs to be resolve
From 5th December app is not open, so many time I mentioned to related team they only told take otp from CX and show odometer and start Trip, this is not solution, I alll booking mentioned driver app use ,but Driver app not open , how I use

Only Penalty penalty and penalty that set penalty. This not travel app. It's looot. For sure every trip u will get a penalty for no reason.
very less vendor amout given by gozo...there is no profit because mostly oneway trip listed and price is according one way trip too much lower. in starting given better price by gozo but now it has very bad pricing.

I downloaded the app but not able to register neither able to login using google or social. It asks booking I'd for new registration. What is the booking I'd for new driver registration.

co is fake first they take 2000 deposit then say u beed if u won the trip then also it shows u this is online trip and online trip amount u have to beg ur own money infront of them they pay uh after 15 days zero customer support zero replies of mail no proffessionalism and if they dont have the vehicle then they request uh to give the car they calls uh in midnight they dont care wether u r sleeping or u r ill or u r with family do not join this co. they give u money on 8rs/km this is worst co.
I have getting booking at a very good price from them and the best gozo cab has regular bookings as well.
Awesome Experience with This Company & The Team specially my Area Manager (Mr Vipin) is just a call away to listen and resolve my Problems...Many Times had a issue with customers, but customer care and Mr Vipin Helped me out even at Midnight & I think that is the Essential part. Now about the app, My Drivers used to use the app and never complained because its very simple and easy to understand. I Am a Satisfied Vendor of this company. Thanks
Unnecessary put burden on drivers. Charging heavy and double commission on trips.there is lots of formelties to perform the duties. Pl beware this app is consuming lot of internet. don't accept trips in advance because they cancel the trips and allocates to other for low price
