Messaging service is worthless as they want you to call in. But when you do call in they never call you back.
Most options in the app do not work. Brings you nowhere. Not impressed
Nothing on this apps interface works. It loads absolutely nothing.
Doesn't do anything. You log in but can't see any claims, find a provider nothing.
Absolutely useless. Does not show any information. You can't search for a Dr or look at claims or see your ID card like the photos show

Sign in and try to look at claims and nothing happens. Tech support will not call me back. It's been 5 months now.
I downloaded the app. No where does it allow you to register. Pitiful.

Nothing loads or is working on this app. Tried to find providers near me and it simply doesnt work
