very ordinary app , requires a great deal of improvement to make it useful and efficient.Details are not updated since long, still showing the same status as months before. Timly updatation is required to improve utility।

Useless app. I installed it 5 times and uninstalled it equal number of times . Because the series option in this app is not responding without it the app is meaningless.

Every time there is unable to send OTP is displaying on screen despite of changing mob number several time and i uninstall and reinstall it aprox 100 time 😠.. so many person is writing same problem as new user is not getting OTP aftr entering mob no And they are writing to update app instead of checking issues. how ridiculous! There should be negetive star rating for this app. Why govt is wasting money on these kind of app while they are not working properly and technical staff is doing nthng.

Very worst, wasting of Time, fed up. After installing the app, nothing is showing in it to select the GPF series.

it does not open further of the logo page. my android version is android 11. Try many times to send OTP but always failed. It is waste of time, nothing else.

Thanks for the reply and updating the app, now, the issue of displaying the blank screen is being resolved , app is fully functional and performing great, full 5 star , requesting team nic to take another initiative by developing app linked to ekosh uttarakhand employee/pensioner portal for ease of knowing pay/pension related status.

Earlier this app was installed in my phone and was working fine. but accidently it was deleted. Now I down loaded this app atleast 6 times. But now it is not displaying the list of gpf series. Kindly look in to the matter.

This is not doing appropriate task for the teachers. Because somewhere the entries are left, the month is missing. Try to remove such type of mistakes from account.

The option for choosing GPF series while signing in is not working. Doesn't work well at all.

It never provide GPF Series to login. Very poor app. Most of other apps for government agencies also have same fate. Digital India sucks👎

OTP is coming on updating new version but after that signing is not happening because GPF series is not opening in it, this app needs to be updated again NIC is requested that you need to update this app again So that the GPF series can open and work smoothly.

Excellent app but interest rate is not actual as it changed in mid of financial year but on shown in datails.

Sir, I tried many times for OTP on my registered mobile number but failed. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the application many times but OTP is not coming.

Feed data incorrect, I request you that feed correct data for avoiding tension OF several persons. As example account number IRRIU 58343 Data is incorrect feed in the app. I hope you correctly immediately feed

Worst app. Very erresponcible working of NIC and department. So many comments and queries are writing by various employees but still app is not working properly.

Good app. I am using this app since its lauch. Off late I see GPF contribution is not updating. Mine is showing contribution upto August 2020 last financial year. While new first quarter of current financial year is about to end. Nevertheless it deserves **** . Hope same will be resolved soon.

Working not properly, it's really frustrating, can't you hire good developers, unable to select GPF series from this app. Worst developers.

Previous version was nice, but new version have many problems like not select gpf series

After entering mobile no, it is saying unable to send otp. Please look into the issue.

Why can't update on monthly basis, credit detail still display statics upto month of may.
