App wont sync when using an android phone. Try to log in and it continues to fail while syncing. Uninstalled, reinstalled it doesnt seem to work at all. Ive got the app to fully open once, then it would crash when trying to sync to my vehicle If I could give this app zero stars I would.
Fantastic way to kill a phone battery. update for 2021 season: still a hot dumpster fire that takes up about an hour of my life fixing logs every day. If you buy this software for your fleet, expect about a half hour per day per employee just fixing problems. I wish I could post the screenshot from today where it kicked me out of personal conveyance, put 20+ log entries in, and then reported I drove -47 miles. When you walk away from the truck, it chimes every 15 seconds. Forever.
The worst ELD system I've ever used. Not at all user friendly. Definitely only meant for long-haul applications. For those who pull multiple trailers per day, the app will make you fill out the DVIR for your tractor every time you switch trailers. Cuts battery life of your phone in half, even when you're logged out of the app on your days off. As long as Bluetooth is enabled, the app will "wake up" your phone to the lock screen approx every 60 seconds and will not shut off unless done manually.
