Quite well designed. A "sky map" of satellite positions would make this app vastly more useful in urban "canyons" where buildings may block groups of available satellites. Would also work in rural or off-road situations where trees or other features block reception. Currently must use other apps, and moving for better sky view does solve the problem. With this app nothing tells you where to move.
No usable instructions. No definitions. For example, there is a switch to "unlock gps after start of app". Logical questions for the inexperienced might be - Why would you want to do this? Should you "unlock" after your nav app starts? No explanations whatsoever. Some switches may seem self-explanatory and some not but, ALL should be addressed.
This is an incredibly useful app, but pray you never need it. Waze quit working with my gps sensor, but all other apps have no problem. I completely reset everything to no avail, which led me to this little gem. As long as I start this first, waze can use gps all day long without issue.
first time use in the morning work very well. but come evening it can never get a fix/lock. there after it never work again. i am going to try one morr day. still not working will uninstall. actually i am so happy it work the first time. willing to pay for the non ads version. but now no. read reviews. seems like xiaomi redmi note 4/4x does not work.
App locks onto a signal quickly and holds a signal. I use it with a mapping app that doesn't require phone service. Makes my mapping app work great!
It doesn't work on my device properly. It will work for around 30 seconds and then just stop untill I open the app back. Since I am using this app for better map functioning, it is very cumbersome to use it
Does not seem to have any significant effect to Google maps navigation. My android does not catch the gps immediately despite having the gps locker installed and active at the time. I would just uninstall the app rather than give it a two or one star rating.
What sorcery is this. My waze app was suddenly going crazy today not getting any gps signal at all. I used this app, lo and behold waze is working fine again. I even tried google maps, restarting waze and my phone without avail.
Good app, tested most functionalities. Found out that, when set "Autolock on boot" , then GPS application does not autostarted after GPS signal is fixed. If GPS locker started manually, then GPS application autostarted after GPS signal is fixed. Is that something available only on paid version, or a bug? BR Dimitar
Great app. Saved my GPS on my Moto G6+ after it updated to Android 9 and the update stops the GPS locking. Update. How do you stop the Rate Us pop us even after providing a rating? It's getting annoying and locking up the app and then Waze
If you want ads showing the face of some bimbo and asking you "hey what's up" then this ap is for you. Paying for no ads should not be based on not wanting this type of solicitation. If the developer resorts to this, then the sleeze may not stop within the code. Why expect otherwise.
What happened to "Autolock only when powered from the mains"? This option was critical for my work. It's the reason I paid to support you. Do I need to install both an old APK of your app and GPS locker prime?
Amazing! It saved my Galaxy Note 4's problematic GPS sensor. Now, it finds and locks on satellites crazy fast! Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

Hmm, seems to work well with Samsung and Oppo Phones not so much with Xiaomi. I'm always getting intermittent gps lock with Xiaomi phones.

Was supposed to help me GPS signal, been waiting 20 minutes, still don't work, I'm not waiting any longer, a fix shouldn't take that long
Locks the GPSs very fast. Combine with other Apps like OpenRunner, Visiorando and Google maps.
Works well with a quite new smartphone like an One Plus 6, GPS Locker takes only few seconds to converge to the solution and fix the position with an acceptable error for a moving car when you use it for the help of Waze for example. It could be interesting to do further assessement of GPS Lcker with others apps like running trackers. But for now, I don't regret my investment in GPS Prime Locker since it does the job correctly.
