Installed the app and when you tap it all it shows is a green screen I'm using the galaxy a50 please fix this problem because in the beginning it was working fine now I cant login with the app

This app doesn't open in my Infinix Hot Note. What might be the problem?
The app either crashes after entering email, or bombs with "An error occurred" and just sits there. iOS version works fine.
