i have used it for many years and most of the time is quite good, sometimes it gets confused and you can go round and round and never take you to your destination but it is rare, at least in Europe. however lately it has been crashing a lot, almost to the point of not using it anymore, a shame... otherwise it has many features, offline maps for walkers are good. for cycling off road there is better ones, but overall recommed it IF IT STOPPED CRASHING...
The App is good for the money spent on it. The customer service is brilliant. I used to travel a lot and many of the new roads in Germany and France are not included in the maps. I personally think that the navigation is little bit slow when comes to turn few times in a short time. It also keep crashing when I try to find a route from address in Germany to address in France. Despite this small setbacks I highly recommend the App.
I really want this app to work (because it uses Open Street Map), and the map rendering and zoom is *beautifully* smooth. But it crashes very frequently. I managed to create a route, but it crashes just before I click the start button! I really don't want to uninstall, but it's not really usable...
when working it works very well. But on my latest phone the app has frozen twice meaning with the only resolution being reinstallion. Frustrating as all my saved favourites disappear. Not a problem on previous 2 phones but twice surely not a coincidence. Having said that it's still an excellent tool on motorcycle, cycle or walking.
This app used to be excellent - I've used it for a good few years on different phones and devices. However, recently it's been a bit of a mess, constantly crashing while driving which is incredibly distracting and potentially dangerous. Very disappointed with it lately.
It's the best Nav app by far. I noticed a long gap since the previous update and feared the worst. So I was very very happy to find it updated in my phone. The pedestrian Nav knocks spots off Ad Giant Maps due to OSM. For the car, while Ad Giant Maps is equal to Scout, there are broader reasons not to let the Ad Giant slurp even more data. So big thumbs up
I must say that until last year I was totally satisfied with this app, I used it always from Germany to Romania. Always accurate and worked really well offline as I bought the entire Europe. But now, I bought a new phone and is crashing all the time, I introduce the address and then stops, it closes the app. really annoying is that I just bought the package with the real time radars and traffic, paid more money and still doesn't work properly. so disappointing. when it works again will give 5*
Have successfully used this app around the planet over the last few years. Very useful to avoid data charges. Unfortunately it won't run on my new phone with Android 10. Hence the low rating. Would have given it a four star if it would run on this device.
Come on this app was perfect now it doesn't even display purchased or online maps??? Did you break it on purpose? Tried reinstalling maps on SD and internal memory, nothing works amymore (same phone). Sad.
A very good and useful aid to getting around the country. Looking forward to see how the new version is. Now (Feb 2020) seems unable to find an address, not even a town. I use sat nav to get to various places for my work and need reliability. Sad.
Was a fantastic app. Now it no longer finds addresses unless you pinpoint on map. Voice pack doesn't work so total navigation has failed adding to this it no longer loads the map when downloaded or not. Have done the troubleshoot scoring to their guide and still no resolution
This was the best offline map app ever. Now it's become mediocre at best 1. My marked favourite lications only show up on the map if zoomed in close enough 2. Searching for addresses gives no suggestions...
A fine navigation helper with on- and offline maps, Speed cams and some possible settings. Does not allow navigation in 2D north pointing up.
Will not run on my Android phone any more. Even with the relevant map downloaded for offline use this app will not find searched addresses, plot routes or show the map (I have paid for maps that I can't even see).
UI can be difficult to negotiate when searching for some addresses. Would be 5 stars if searching were more intuitive.
Do not use this. It is not fit for purpose and you will end up wasting petrol and time driving round on circles and not getting to your destination. In three journeys it has taken me down 2 no entry roads and a public footpath with no vehicle access.
I have used this app for about 5 years and been very satisfied with its performance. My usual search is with a postcode and this works provided I am online. I think the addition of searching with a postcode while offline would be a very useful feature.
Great navigation app. Easy to set start and end points. Simple to switch to an overview so you can see where it is taking you.
Very usefull and friendly app. Still work need to be done on improving maps usability. Offline feature works great!
Sad day...I have used this app for almost 8 years and always relied on it but now it just doesn't work anymore. I tried reinstalling the map an app completely but nothing to do... What a damn shame

Installed the app on my new phone but it has decided I can only have a free map of Germany! Useless when all I want is UK (and this is what I have on my old phone).
Once upon the time it WAS a useful app. Now, you just got the shitiest useless update, you could ever dream of... No suggestions for city names, no suggestions for streets names... You are searching blind and unsecured! Coming up: 1. Uninstall 2. Find another app Just useless
this piece of garbage will not let me update maps i purchased and under the install button it says not available in my country now! no response from support wish i could give it a lower rating update,,, got responce working on problem
Voice navigation is broken. Other than that, the app works great though.
New to using the app . Some times won't open, so frustrating when this happens when I want to navigate somewhere.
Excellent potential, really fantastic very detailed map. Just to find out your current position on a long walk through, for example a large labyrinth like vineyard, excellent. It shows every little tractor path and shows exactly current position. But if you want it to tell you how to get home from there, you'd better work it out for yourself using the map. It's helpful but plenty of room for improvement. I find interacting with the dashboard disappointing.
