This used to be a 5 star app while we were all using phones running Android 7. Some of the circle upgraded to phones with Android 9 and now the app is useless. Android 9 kills it no matter how it is set up. Whitelisting, battery optimization, etc makes no difference. The only way to get it to work is to manually restart it every so often.
Works well and has been a helpful tool for our family. You must have your wifi turned on, for best results. Doesn't work if using battery saver mode. We've been using this app for about a year and would recommend.
This app is useful for me. I can get updated with the status of my loved ones. It is risky to call someone at the time when she/he is driving at the same time this app eases the anxiety by telling the whereabouts of them without disturbing them while driving. Although I would like it to tell me when they are starting so by giving notification like it gives when he/she reaches home.
Latest update screwed it all up. Major battery hog now. Now way to fix it in setting like the old version. And like every other modern lazy program(er) the app is candy coated, bloated, and a space pig. The added "features" are just big brother privacy infringements, ad pushing, and glitz. Time to find a new one. The old version was better.
My family loves this app. I find the app to be very helpful. We wanted it just in case of emergencies but we use it all the time, to see how far we are from each other when we are meeting up or on our way home. Even when someone misplaces their phone we can check were we left it!
BE WARNED though I do like this app I was duped into the premium free 7 day trial... as soon as I clicked it I looked on my credit card statement I'd instantly been billed a yr subscription I tried cancelling but it only cancelled my 2021 auto renewal. Have sent emails which being premium is supposed to be 24hr but sent it 3 days ago and the message I get back is there inbox is full and no other explanation. Very disappointed which is a surprise as the actual app is quite useful.
Works perfectly. A must have for knowing where the kids are since the little devils don't respond to texts or phone calls. You can even watch them moving down the street in street view - very cool. Also sends you a notification sound when they leave the house and another when they get close to home.
It used to work on my phone until the last week. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it got worse! Doesnt even show I left the house and he did. Cant see trip to next day or 2! Not showing "live" driving. Says doesnt support this phone under Drive Detection. Yet it has and sort of still does so how can this be? Reinstalled again jist now. Still the same. Please help!
amazing!!! My hubby and I both have the app. It works awesome. For us we can see if one needs a ride or the other does. Since we share our vehicle and we both work hard this app allows us to schedule our days. plus it a safety feature as well. Love this app and will always have it as long as we have our phones. No annoyance from ads, straight forward hassel free. This app is the only app we've ever had that is true in every word. Dont change a thing pls. luv it
