It just stop working I uninstalled the app reinstalled and it still won't work try to change the code to see if that worked it did not I retype the IMEI of the device that didn't work. I emailed you guys and never even got a responds terrible communication sad to say this app is no good at first I liked it till it stop working
I don't know what went wrong, I installed and waited for the confirmation email but never received it. I email tech support twice with no reply. Uninstalled
Not working at all. Watched tutorials, but still doesn't work, shows device as inactive. Uninstall
The instructions are garbage. Look elsewhere unless you feel like spending a significant amount of time trying to figure out how to set up the service. According to the instructions, it should be a straightforward process. But, virtually, none of the steps in the instructions worked even after repeated attempts. I'm going to look for a different application.
It's difficult to use but it's really work good. I love it. But I want to say those people who don't know how to use it. Watch their tutorials from YouTube.

Worked for few days not working anymore
You saved my life.
Says not connected. Installed, uninstalled, reinstalled over and over. Followed directions and says STILL NOT CONNECTED. WASTE OF TIME
