App is useful when it works. Sometimes it goes to registration mode. Its functionality could be improved by allowing both parents to use this app.
Recently changed my mobile. Installed the app but not able to register again with my new mobile. Getting a pop up msg saying "number is already registered. Please contact admin". It would be great if I could get help to log in again
I have downloaded the app and it asks for the registerd mobile number. Once entered it pops out a message that" you have already registered please contact admin" Don't know what to do....
Very bad. It gets stuck all the time and it has starting trouble. Even rhough I have rated it, it keeps on asking to rate it
the app updated and logged me out. now i am unable to get back in, asks for mobile no and then says it is already registered. have had issues previously as well
it should have been as simple as using Google map. I can't locate the my position respect to present vehicle position.
The app has to show movement of the vehicle. Also, the stop details are incorrect
map not loading and always says connection not available even when connected to Wi-Fi and other devices connected to Wi-Fi work
Doesn't let both parents use the app. App is tied to IMEI number and only one mobile can use. Should allow both parents to use app.
It's very basic....why don't you display approximate time of arrival and next 2 stops??
I have sent request to update the new handset and called them. They reacted promptly and got my details updated. Thanks team.
while installing in new mobile, it is not allowing to view stating number is already registered.
Need lot of improvement on accuracy, presentation.
can be improved by syncing all picks and drops in the map

the app sometimes does not recognize you if you logout, you need to reinstall the app again
good app, but downtime is more, and school is charging more

On an unusual working day when kids from multiple buses are combined in one bus the app should show the new bus route
would be great if it shows how much time to destination. Rest is okay
poor customer support... almost more than a week since the app is not working reported it by email, they said it will get fixed by Monday....its yet to start working and its already Tuesday! ideally if we inform the drivers that the app is not working they should be some communication between them to get it fixed...and its just basic...no voice alert, no other bus status like idle, traffic status etc...just shows where the bus is.
