GPS Waypoint Finder
Normally a compass needs to be level to get the correct reading, but this app uses the accelerometer reading to convert the magnetic field reading back to the horizontal plane.
In addition to the direction and distance to the waypoint, a compass ring shows the current heading. North points to True North (i.e. The direction is corrected for the magnetic declination
- the difference between magnetic north and true north).
The GPS reading and the time since that reading is shown at the bottom of the screen. Use for geocaching, finding your car, hotel, or other locations.
• Store up to 500 waypoints.
• Imperial or Metric units.
• Import and Export waypoints as GPX files.
Arrow colour changes to green at less than 30m and blue at less than 10m to make it easier for littler ones to identify that they've reached the waypoint.
Whilst walking, look where your going, not at the app or you might trip! The app tells you the direction of your destination, not how to get there.
Only as good as the sensors in your device. Use for Indication Only.

Hi There, i was a regular user of GPS waypoint finder; after switching my handset i am unable to find & download it; it says compatibility issue while i have brand new phone latest model. very disappointed😣 whoever has updated software it started malfunctioning so pls look into it & clear the issues otherwise many users may left it for above said reasons.... Excellent app, does just what it says. However, sorting waypoints according to distance would be an excellent addition at least for me. Nevertheless, five stars, great work, folks! Peter.
One thing missing and then 5 stars. there should b a search and catagory based option for waypoints. it is good to have 500 hundred but it is worst when you have to scroll to waypoint number 311 etc. it consumes a lots of time.
WAS a decent app. Then, all my waypoints disappeared. Had almost a hundred saved from so many miles trekked over several years. Extremely disappointed.
This is great but if it loses focus and then you return to the app it freezes and has to be restarted.
Would be 5 for a smart handheld GPS emulator but it's not refreshing the GPS signal after starting 🙁 Also alphabetical sorting of waypoints would be a great option.
Happy for it! Great help to me. In my work I get Coordinates for points that I have work to be done, so this comes in real handy. Plus it works great. Also stores a # of my Coordinates for quick easy use.
I would give 5 stars but it wont change to feet instead of meters. Also a waypoint list would be nice!
Why oh why is there no nautical miles, after all that is what lat and long are written in degs minutes and seconds for. Great app though, please guys a nautical mile update for this app.

Very good aap to reach at the destination
It seems to work very well and accurately, only installed it two days ago. But it very sadly lacks a waypoint list. This scrolling to find the waypoint is rubbish. Outside when the screen is hard to read its such a let down. It is such a good app otherwise.
