GPSTab ELD

This app has tried to access my secured folder. They're definitely spying and stealing your personal information. Also, why is this app keeps bluetooth turning on if I'm home? It's on the phone. Why do I need to remove permissions every time when I'm home? Please do something. This app is designed for the personal smartphone it's not on the tablet or anything. It's draining my battery really bad.

Occasional difficulty in synchronizing with device. Use maps? Disconnects. Receive a phone call? Disconnects. Use a Bluetooth headset? Wasn't an option. Take a photo? Disconnects. Taking a break? Suddenly it thinks you're driving. Off duty? Will suddenly say you're driving. Only works in portrait mode. Had to force close the app in order to get it to work with any Bluetooth device after a driving session. Uninstalled and went with another provider.

This ELD is very basic. I have experience with Keeptxxn and Bigrxxd, and I can tell you that this app has a long way to go to catch up. It's so basic that it's difficult to navigate. While in PC mode, it automatically switches to "on duty" you stop driving. My biggest complaint is that you can't do an 8/2 split. It won't read my miles. I have to manually enter my start / end miles each day.

Horrible.. it runs in the foreground and will not let you change it to run in the background so this means if it's downloaded on your phone you cannot access anything while I'm motion such as make or receive calls. So then I downloaded to my tablet same issue and I cannot play music or anything while in motion and yes I tried to change it in settings and it wouldn't let me. Also while in PC it switches to drive out of nowhere and puts me in violation. It sucks and I'm uninstalling immediately.

I'll probably go back to KT... very annoying bugs. When its running background and you are away from truck and scanning to look for device it would disconnect any other Bluetooth devices connected to your phone like a headset. You need to force stop the service from settings every time. Also when driving with 5mph its not supposed to switch to drive but it does if you drive like this more than a 2mins or so.

Absolutely fantastic been driving since 1979 and I hated e-logs until I found this. Drivers it does not get better than this.. if you're having trouble with personal conveyance or yard moves they just simply do this pay attention it's real easy to use don't let it be smarter than you when you are using PC miles and you're driving around and you come to a complete stop it will simply ask you do you want to continue if you do not do it it has to make up its own because you failed to.

Low quality ELD service. Always have issues with Yard Moves and Personal Conveyance, etc. Ex: If you're in PC mode, it lags and switches to driving without reason. The support team with weird accent doesn't help at all. Blame you for not paying attention when move, even though selecting PC before lift off. Over all Very disappointed by signing up with them. If your fleet 1-2 trucks then it's fine, if more than that it is always struggle. Peace out.

I would love to quit the job just for them using this eld. So horrible. Its only portrait mode, constantly switches off my bluetooth earbuds, fails to register PC causing Violation, if you minimize it and then open again, keep asking what truck are you in and you have to choose from the list and so on so on.

Changed rating due to quick response from developer. P.S. Having day/night mode is good, but there is no limit for perfection: app could do it automatically, based on time of sunrise and sunset.

I had always some issues with sending paperwork to my office. Since I started using GPS tab I have no problems. I can easily scan and send everything through the app. No stress at all.

One of the worst ELD systems on the market. The app was definitely not designed with a real truck driver in mind, and needs constant babysitting. One little slip-up will screw up your entire month, and things are just not edible in the office or by the company itself that owns the software. The driver has to constantly make sure, before he does anything the other thing is you have to make sure that your past Duty status what is registered otherwise you could screw yourself up severely!

Absolute garbage, especially the phone version, constant issues

Oh NEW update again after 5 days, now I need to uninstall and install again while thing! Like I wanted spend time! NOT GOOD APP Intrusive piece of MOSAD software, really! Asking for updates every week or it will not work, on android will overwrite all major functions unless you are handy with programming, on apple they have still issues to do it same ways as android because they can't still go around apple security but then again gives to many errors, INTRUSIVE AND SNOOPING SOFTWARE from Israel.

I’ve been using GPS ELD for 3 months. So far I have no major issues. Wherever I had something going on I could call customer support and they are always ready to help. Great customer service any time any day.

Does not use the rules for HOS correctly. If on PC driving and you stop it goes on duty. If you don't notice and you move even 20 feet it goes to driving. If you are 33 hrs into 34 hour break you get to start all your 34 all over again. This app sucks. It does not use the 8 hrs sleeper rule.

Turns off bluetooth headset. Doesn't let use the device, while in motion. What if the app on the tablet and co-driver trying to search for a load using the device? Only landscape mode.

My experience with this app has been superb thus far, no problems and whenever something has needed to be fixed, it’s been fixed quickly. I appreciate the hard work that the staff puts in!

Worst app ever! Asking for update every few hours, otherwise refusing to work properly! Need to call technical support every few days, just to set it on!!!!! Would never recommend this garbage to my worst enemy!

This app is so easy and fast! The paper scanner feature makes my life so much easier and saves time getting paperwork sent over. I recommend it.

Haven't had any problems during inspections. Can't say the same when I was with another ELD company. Don't mess around with a unreliable carrier folks!!! This is your livelihood.

Another worthless company who has to make everything complicated. These retards only put there eld in landscape mode only and this stupid eld locks your entire device so you cannot use it at all! What pos do this!? And of course Indians at customer service. Worst ELD on the market. Worst then omintracks and that is hard to do. Thanks a lot for things so complicated.

I downloaded 3 different elds to see what I liked best and gpstab was definitely the easiest to use. Good customer service too if there were any connection issues. Actually have no problem recommending it to others.

Switched from Bigroad. I like this app. Takes a little getting used to since there's a lot of features - hey I'm not young and nerdy like these younger kids lol. Anyways, it takes a little getting used to but is a good app. Its accurate, easy to use and I like having the chat function.

Been having issues since 2 am.... Keeps scanning for the device but can't find it. .. Tried several devices and now have to revert to paper logs..... What's going on with the app???

ELDs aren't rocket science and I'm pretty sure they all do the same thing but GPS Tab is easy for me to use. I just started driving (I'm a rookie lol) so I was wondering how bad this whole ELD bs was going to be but it hasn't been too painful. You gotta just plan out your days better.

I’m 55 years old and i’m not very friendly with electronics. I was calling customer support so many times and they have been helping me with everything. Starting with uploading app to my tablet and teaching me how to switch between statuses. Also they speak Russian. What really help.

This is by far the worst elog I've seen over the past few years... When driving it puts you On Duty Not Driving...When you go in to edit it to correct it, from On Duty Not Driving to actually Driving it will not allow it... Even though all other elogs will allow this...When you call customer service they laugh...And say oh there is nothing we can do...Just sign and move on, really??? That is my ass along with a fines and points from DOT if caught...What a waste

My Tablet wasn’ t communicating with the app in my very first day, I called technical support, and they were very helpful and accurate and resolved the problem! GPSTab is an amazing app!

GPSTab ELD app is perfect! It is simple and easy to use! It tracks all of the required information. Great sales department and customer service.

Honestly, I have been through too many of these apps already. GPStab at least answers the phone when I need them and has probably the easiest app to use. It is simple and does not need hours of training to learn for my drivers.
