Terrible. You can only apply. Not manage a current loan. Shows they don't care about customers, only new business.
Garbage app... Not sure they understand that people would like to manage their mortgage through the app, not just apply for a new loan... How this even got approved from the design perspective is beyond me.
This app is for requesting a loan only. No way to access an existing account. I CAN'T WAIT to get from underneath this company.
It's very difficult to login on it. Stay away from this people. They made me go thru all the process . after I paid for the appraisal and home inspection they denied my loan.they will find a excuse to screw you over. I wasted a month with this clowns. Lost $1300 thanks to them.

This app should state it's only for applications! Not much use for it if u cant pay ur existing loan !!
Only good for quotes, not to manage an existing loan.
App only let's you apply for a loan, not servicing the loan you already have

Of you have a loan in process it is a waste of time. You can not access the process or access anything. It is great for a loan calculator or to apply for a loan, not to follow-up on you application.
The calculator is getting rave reviews for those using it.

Easy to use, informative app
Utterly unusable on my OnePlus 5 running Android 7.1.1. The radio-button menus were all blank, so I could not choose property type, etc. Will have to use the desktop version through my browser
Worse bank company I've ever dealt with, can't handle basic data entry, traded my loan then claimed they didn't tried to make me pay for what had been paying the bank the traded to. Then reacquired my loan, now have 2 loans with them on file for the same property. They still can't figure out they messed up. App doesn't work. Bunch of clowns.
