GR Park

App is broken, repeatedly says "Check connection and try again". I've given it all the permissions, have full wifi and data access, I don't think the issue is on my end.

Keeps saying there is no connection but I have WiFi and data right now. No other app is having problems

Yep, broken. Used to be great when it could connect.

This is a great idea, but not particularly useful or safe in practice. Something that would allow me to to plan ahead would be useful. That would require a map and the ability to search a specific address ahead of time to see what is closest to my destination. I also would prefer to see parking rates in the list view.

I used this app to go to a concert in GR and I was blown away at how in accurate it was. Not only the app but the signs in the ramps themselves once i even found one that wasn't full. The app showed availability in the monroe lot but when I got there two parking attendants let me know the lot was full. Tried two more lots before I went to the Pearl/Ionia lot and it showed 383 spaces available on the app and on the outside of the building. There was not 383 spaces though I did find a spot finally. When I checked again after the concert the sign and app still said 383. In fact it says 383 right now on a Friday night. I dont know if the parking guidance system plain doesn't work or if the thing is turned off. I had a horrible experience parking and it puts me off to going to events in GR. Full disclosure I work in the parking sensor industry and I have technical knowledge about these systems. I know I would not be satisfied if this was how one of my products performed.

Love the idea of this app and the material design looks great. One feature I would really appreciate seeing is a map page which shows the location of all the facilities supported in this app. This would allow me to quickly figure out which facility's availability I should examine first. All in all though this app is a great start and I hope work continues on it.

Definitely needs a map view so people can see where ramps/lots are in relation to where they're going. Not everyone knows lot names or addresses.

Wouldnt let me pay. And meter was broken put 50 in and it still said expired

Great app, but it doesn't show the ramps that I use, Government Center and DeVos Place. It had them when I first installed the app, but then they fell off.

App is very snappy and easy to use. One improvement I would like to see: show the cost on the list view, so I don't have to view the details for each ramp/lot.

Sweet! Would love the ability to see payment options for each parking area.

Terrible user interface. Could not figure out how to pay for the parking spot I found, which is a major function of the app. I saw no way to enter the space number or find the space in a map and select it. Still not sure how to use it - going to uninstall.
