First of all the minimum payment is and has been 12$ for trash. Second if you can't remember your password, that's on you. It's quick and easy for adult use, and even though it says 2 days processing mine has been almost instantaneous. Especially when I get text from my bank within seconds. Great app.
app continues to have some kinks that need to be ironed out. For water bill, it does not display monthly options. when getting reminders via email if I click to sign on via Google it will not log me on and yes I signed up via Google. in short, you still need to go to website to see invoice in its entirety or have it mailed.
I'm generally happy with the app & it works well, but I don't understand why the email field to login is case sensitive. I've also experienced issues where the upper left back button doesn't work (when viewing announcements)
Got this solely for paying on my trash bill but as of now, it's completely useless because I can't edit the amount I want to pay because no matter what amount I try to enter, it just does $12. Fix this and I'll fix the rating.
Great app, super easy to use. Does take a minute to setup, but once done makes paying all your city bills nice and easy.
Using this app results in late fees if you try and pay monthly. Don't push out an app before it's ready or complete.
Great app. It even sends you notices when accounts need to be paid.

This app should NOT be accessing my camera at 10:26 PM. That is invasive. I deleted it.
It works to pay the thugs whose job it is to walk around your neighborhood and extort money from people who are already taxpayers and are weary from a hard day of labor. I guess I'm grateful you aren't charging more because of the coronavirus (the seasonal flu).

The latest update is much better. Now has a dashboard with your info easily accessible and is so much easier to use than the "bot" you had to talk to. Much better thanks for fixing this app.
Was super easy to use. I prefer this app to what was previously in place. All my payment methods were saved.
It works and was a pain free process. The "bot" looked up my account info and saved it for next time.
Here how to pay a parking ticket using this app...put in vehicle plate number, doesn't find it. Put in citation number, doesn't find it. Be forced to go in person to pay ticket. You did it! Really streamlined and convenient. /s

Don't waste your time, but if you do waste your time using this POS talking to some stupid 'bot' you better remember your password or you'll never be able to recover it since the "password recovery email" will never actual be sent even tho the app says it was. Junk. Two thumbs down for this one!
Prefer this to the old system where I had to log into the municipal site, then log into another account to add money - plus always had an issue with paying water bill on mobile. Even though I find bots in general to be sort of patronizing and could do without the automated banter, this has streamlined the process. If you know your own last name and the house number at your service address, I don't see how you should have any problem pulling up your utility accounts.
Glad to see a quick way to connect and pay all of the accounts connected to the city. Bots work ok, however, I was hoping that once the accounts were connected a quick summary would show up of them so you could see all of your payments/auto-payments in one place. Is this the intention of the "wallet" dashboard? For some reason nothing shows up there.
The first time I used the bots was on a desktop and they worked perfectly for me. Found my account right away and I was able to set up autopay. I only use the water and trash bots.
I hate that I have to spend extra time chatting with some stupid bot. Paying my bills used to take a quarter of the time it does now. The bot chat has to go! This is not efficient or convenient. I see how its more "friendly" or "personable" but who cares about that when paying your bill online? No one! Get rid of the bot and bring back efficient enter and submit type payment.

I use this to pay for water and trash and it works well, it could use some upgrades though. It would be nice to be able to use the app to order the various trash tags, especially the yard waste barrel tags. It would also be great if they added your recycling schedule somewhere since the app knows your address. The city could also use it to notify you of ongoing and up coming road and other infastructure projects in your neighborhood. Good app with lots of potential if the city decides to use it.
