Grab - Airport Mobile Ordering

Keeps me in a perpetual login loop. I have been unable up login order after multiple attempts over the course of 1 hour. I even tried to sign up under a different email, but it still is not working. The app tells me that it has sent an email to my account but none of them have yet to appear (yes, I checked the spam box as well).

I used this service through a QR code in the airport and I never got my food. After my food was over an hour late it was time for my flight. The phone number they texted me to use in case of any issues was also out of service. Completely useless company. Currently waiting for my refund.

Wanted to order some food at phl airport from chickie & Pete with this app but after I downloaded the app. It keeps telling me they sending me a text to verify my phone number but I never received any text. And no matter how many times I push resend it still doesn't come with no other options can't use this app at all

Although I didn't receive my food in my first order, support was extremely helpful in getting me a refund. I'll try again at a different restaurant next time I'm in Baltimore and will edit to show my experience!

Most restaurants are grayed out for the Atlanta airport, so not good for ordering food, but it does let you see a list of all the restaurants.

I was charged for an order that was never received at the store where I placed my food order to. I will have to dispute the charges with my bank. You need to make sure all merchants are using this ordering system if not do not advertise. Thank you.

DOES NOT WORK AT DFW. They charge your credit card immediately but then when you get to the restaurant they don't have your order ready. And the restaurant won't refund your money. Would have been quicker to just go there and take something to go.

Freezes a lot. When you do get an order in, a lot of restaurants miss it because they are not used to mobile ordering.

I have tried 3 times to set up an account, but unfortunately the registration requires me to go to my email to finish. There is nothing in my email, and, yes I searched through my SPAM too!!! Waste of time.

Never got sms code to activate account. Seems that the app doesn't work with foreign phone numbers, shouldn't have the list to choose if so.

Fresh Order in the Atlanta airport has the signs up that they support grab but they don't. Really wish they did, it was invaluable!

I am so hungry at the moment at the airport, i was trying to looong to download this app... and even longer tried to get the verification sms code which was never received. 🙄

I'm an employee at FLL airport everytime I try to create an account it keeps saying grab cannot create an account for me they will email me with more information but i never get no email it's very frustrated my coworkers get with no problem

For those that have been in a user password loop.. Uninstaller and reinstall the app. Worked for me!

Login with Facebook does not work. It says the app needs to be updated.

This app doesn't work on n Android I reinstalled this several times can find my fb or my email I can't complete an order waste of time

Can't set up new account, and can't order without one. Worthless app.

saw this advertised for Manchester airport but it doesn't even appear on the list of airports, only LHR for uk

Saw this advertised on a receipt from an off airport location-NYS Thruway, Delaware North Companies-but it doesn't work for that

Never received my activation code. Tried with 2 phone numbers. Uninstalled.

Freezes whenever you select a restaurant. Never worked.

It goes from the cart to a login page to the cart to the log in page.... Can't order food

I know my password and username yet every time I enter my order it goes to the login page.

Works, but not all airports seem to update.
