I feel the current new interface is a lot worse than before. Before, the old black background version was intuitive. This new white background version, tries to be complicated. Which is like going backwards in user experience. Grab forgets that it isn't just passengers who are the customers. The drivers are the customers too. If every driver is dissing their lousy follow up service and their apps, then what's to keep the drivers and also attract new ones?

Every updated version gets worse and slower. Now there's no way to toggle back to main screen to check order history, which is sometimes needed when on support chat. GPS triangulation is horrible in the in app map which can take us out of zone when clearly we are in. It seems the intention is to slow down efficiency rather than aid it. If there can be a negative 5 stars, I'll rate it as that

This app getting worse by the day. Already log off and quit. But after 30 mins later got a msg from customers. I open and saw there was a double orders delivery. But I'm already gone home and quit the app 30 mins. The older app was perfect. After using the new updated ui app, I'm getting further pickup which is a troublesome given the rates have gone down. Wasted all the far traveling time to pickup the food for delivery. It also drain one energy more as we need to travel further for pickups....

Very bad experience after they upgrading the apps! Unable to see job details after auto accept! Forced to call the call centre to send me details to my email in order to complete the job. Try several times by on/off airplane mode and uninstall then install back the apps but issues were not solved...waste time and efforts!!! Until now issues were not solved!!!!

This app's performance is getting from bad to worse despite the updates/upgrades. Every now and then, the heatmap button is suddenly gone! Raised ticket on this issue and took 1 month to fix it!!! Ridiculous technical support! Zooming in/out the navigation map is super lagging and waste of time. Now the heatmap button is back but not showing any heat image at all when obviously it is peak period and in town area. Please, please, please, improve the performance and design of this app!

The apps very easy to use, helpfull, and i can enjoy to use the apps. But i have one sugestion.. In auto accept feature, sometimes it has accept ordered but i don't have finished my current order yet. Maybe you can make notice to cunsomer or something like that, so customer know that driver are going to finishing his ordered before pick up new customer.

Reloading the latest Grab App is a problem. After loading the new app, it requires to go to settings to allow permissions but it seems by default all permissions are already set. Yet when I tapped on the Grab app it still wants to go to settings again. What's the problem. I can't work if the new app refuse to open to receive jobs.

When there's new job, the pop up notification won't turned off and blocked the whole screen untill we tap on it..and it automatically revert to grab app, which is quite dangerous for rider, to use the phone to revert back to waze or maps while riding. Please change the UI to something safer .

The grab gear compliance is not working on my apps /account, everytime i'll try to submit and sign in my grab email address in GRAB GEAR COMPLIANCE ,the submit photo didnt show up. It automaticaly go back in sign stage again and again. I report and email already in help center by it still didnt work fine. Hope u help me on this.

Not as easy to use. Why every few days the app asks self verification? Especially when you're in the car and about to "Start driving" to pick up, this self verification pops up.. Very distracting and cause delay as always cannot recognise the face.. Is this necessary?

It's a fun app. I shows you all the stuff you need to be a successful grab food rider and grab mart too. The navigation system still need to be refined like building their own Grab Navigation system, so things will be more convenient and timesaving for the delivery workers.

Just started to drive a few days ago .... This app will require us to tap on the screen when new job is received, that is good .. when the you receive second job while doing the first one ... It still requires a tap and it will bring Grab Driver app forward which mean those who is using navigation app will have to quickly switch back to the navigation app while driving and at time while getting crucial turning instructions... That is dangerous to both driver and passenger.

The apps is getting from bad to worst despite frequent updates. Far pickup minimise drivers earnings. Auto accept feature foce drivers to accept all jobs regardless of whether it is profitable or not. Support team just ignore complaints and issues brought resulting in bad and no improvement. GPS takes too long to load and gives wrong or incorrect routes. Too many auto-generated messages during rides distracting and putting drivers at risks.

Keeps crashing and needs to uninstall n install. Then works for a while n crashes. Unstable. Search function for riders also terrible. Does not show by nearest distance. Previous algorithm much better. Each upgrade gets worse. Don't plan to use anymore. Poor overall experience. --- App continues to be terrible in usability months after my feedback. Pls display rides sorted by closest distance to driver. Also riders often cannot figure where to find messages and r not aware ride picked up.

Stop having the app to run in the background even when i hv close ths app totally. And pls remove the option to always appear in top in the app settings. This caused my other apps to fail when grab driver app is on.

Please give options for dark mode it will safe eye sight, battery, energy, the phone won't get too hot, dark background is like universe. Everything gets too hot, cause by bright light. Also app consume too much data, pls trim down data consumption. Nothing will ever be perfect on earth, so keep on improvement. Thank to the hard working team behind this whole project, Thanks

Do we really need to see the whole map of Singapore when waiting for bookings? Instead I suggest to have the map automatically zoom in to a radius of 5km from the driver's current position. This will help the driver to orientate his area of coverage. I will give a 5 star if this is implemented. (Edit: Upgrade rating to 5 star as the map has zoom in to 5km radius.) (Edit: Downgrade rating to 2 star as the map has changed to zoom out to half the island instead of 5km radius.)

Distance can be ridiculous at times. Not only is it extremely far, it is also baffling for it to be considered a walkable distance (I've had orders upwards of 2km). And then we are punished for the cancellation rate because of this...

Need to upgrade for better working environment with using apps . Sometime the error happen when it auto close . Also the chatt session issue when u can't upload a picture when u delivered the order for customer. Other than that all good.

Each tab for hitch goes in loop, have to select ur routes twice, no notifications when new bookings for selected timing. Merge of hitch with driver app consist of too much pressing of tab unlike prvs seperate grab(food) platform..

I'm giving 5 stars even though i have issues. My acceptance rate is affected even though my settings are auto accept. Please assist in investigating and revert back to 100%. Please thank you. Other than that, I enjoy being part of grab. Maybe the map can be improved, to laggy and no accurate at times, and that affects my time and patrol and customer as well.

GPS map unstable and laggy. The buttons between the customer detail and bottom window collapse arrowhead are too near to each other which often mistakenly pressed with index finger. Could have place it little bit far apart with each other as there is sufficient space around that corner.

Damn useless and stupid 'start driving' feature. When I didn't press start, it starts automatically. When I'm otw to pick up a ride, it didn't start automatically but canceled my bookings. Not to talk about the super ineffective and troublesome reporting feature.
