All grab drivers are great drivers!!
I have no idea why it keep saying my card cant use and now i cant use grabpay. please help me
Why keep telling me to update even though i download already. Cannot open the app also because of stupid update sign popped up.
Good app. But sometime have some problems. Plese make this app more powerful Or better then right now.
Can't add card details due to bank security and the app is so stupid it does not save the card details. Therefore unusable. Why fix the app that wasn't broken before.
I had summited my Debit card , but after the drive drop me ..it never auto pay , then it suspened me .. I couldn't make booking again ..please advise and give me answer , Thank you !
Need better address variety on the search feed. Apart frm that it's very convenient anduser friendly.

Now difference between this app and their new crappy app is the dialog box that kerp opening every 3 seconds, bring back the previous version that was more efficient and easier to use
Omg, I'm used grabcar for long time already. But this time I'm searching for almost 20 minutes, my area shows many driver icon but none pick up. Useless driver I'm think. Why grab company would hire such driver?
Every time you upgrade I have to create a new account, why? You loose my favourites and history, why? You loose my payment method, why? You are a cloud app, why are you getting the basics wrong?

Safety is the priority
bad customer service, especially the department who replies passengers' appeals. They will just send you a default message though sms without giving a specific reason of the suspension. In addition, suspend passenger without a valid reason. I was an active grab user but since i got suspended, i only realise how bad the customer's service is. Tried to call and enquired about the reason of suspension but get no answer in return.
So far so good. I love this app better especially for long traveling since the price is fixed. And I'm lucky to meet many friendly and kind drivers. Just one thing, I got charged on my debit card while i already paid cash to a driver. It's kind of inconvenient that we can't complain or refund from the app itself :/
I already have an account. After update, i could not get the app to work because every time i want to login, it says registration failed. The sms GAC was received successfully but when i keyed the number in, it always say registration failed. What the hell grab.
After I being forced to update this apps, I don't know why I cannot get the grab car easily just like before. (Even though there are a lots of grabcars nearby me!) Pls fix this problem asap. Thank you.
i want to ask... why when i want to log in it want me to put a code. then when i fill that code, it always said that activation not succesful.. i try it many time. and its still same
