VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR E FIRST TIME N IT WOULD BE MY LAST TIME TAKING THIS STUPID GRAB SHUTTLE!!! THEY CHANGE THE PLATE NUMBER VERY LAST MIN!!!! EVEN THOU IT JZ PATHETIC $5.50 PER TRIP BUT THEIR SYSTEM IS VERY POOR!!!! I WAS DOWN WAITING SINCE 5.20PM WHEN IT STATE 5.40PM,, I EVEN THE SCREENSHOT OF IT!!! BUT WHEN THE BUS LEFT AT EXACT 5.40PM,, THAT ONLY WHEN THE PLATE NUMBER CHANGE!!!! NO MORE GRAB SHUTTLE FOR ME!!!! SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!!!!!
just like grab app and other grab services. full of bugs and poor service. always late. a complacent monopoly. hope a competitor lower price and outcompetes them.
Previously input card details and wanted to remove it but the app can't even load. Hopefully it won't deduct my money. Please fix it. Thanks.
This app needs a better way to search for routes. Would be very useful to see what stops are around me.

Worst app! App does not meet Grab's standards. Not able to book the ride at all. Is this a web app? App has poor performance.
I cant book any rides.. theres no option to book rides for me!! theres only to suggest routes, join crowdstart grp and pay for it!

The prices have gone up over the past year. From 2.50 to 4 per ride

Bus did not turn up at the pickup point. Waited for more than 30mins. Twice in the past 2 weeks. Yet GPS tracker shows bus is around the vicinity. Called in 3 times to ask for refund and is still pending. Wasted almost 1 hr talktime over this. Atrocious!

Bus was late consecutively for 1 week. Asked grab support to refund me my unused pass which they rejected. Poor service by grab. They expect you to pay more to get to work late. I was late by 30 minutes and this is ridiculous. Take this service at your own expense...
Bus heads off 5 mins earlier than scheduled time. I just wasted $5 on this app. This is the last time i spend money on grab shuttle
From time to time , I couldn't book a shuttle after getting 10 tickets. The button of confirm & pay is in green but no matter what you do , cant seems to book.🙄🙄🙄
Got issue to open the app again. Unable to load the routes
Unreliable, totally late for reaching its destination
Deleted the app from old phone. Install the app in the new phone. After keyed in my hp number, it said sending the 6 digit code to verify.. resend more yham 10 times.. never recieve it!!!!
driver arrive earlier than stated timing but didnt wait for passenger and left early. This had happen a few times and grabshuttle support reply is slow and also system seems to have a flaw where i was charge for something which i did not book. very bad customer service rendered. no replies heard from them yet.
