GrabShuttle Plus

Always on time (make sure you book in advance, not last minute). I only don't like the fact that the driver will not wait for you so long, but that's true, it's like how public shuttle bus works. Great app, great service !!!

Used to love this app. But after a while, the driver seems to lazy to drive to your pick up point. I am not sure why, maybe the app doesnt choose nearest driver. That should be the reason why the Grab Shuttle Plus will discontinue. Mainly because their service is not consistent.

Was a pleasant journey. As it's was my first time using this service, made small talk with the driver Mr bala. He was very friendly and helpful in replying to my questions. If there's more timings for the service will be of much greater convenience. Overall a great experience.

It's sad that grab has discontinued this service as it had served my large family numerous times. My extended family loves traveling together and we find it difficult to ride separately due to children & aged parents. With the grab shuttle plus, it allowed us to be picked up together so we can help with one another. Family outings are a blast with shuttle plus. Hopefully grab can revive this program again.

Lots of issues still there. one of your driver is ultimate worst. i had most wonderful worst experience with your driver. Can't book my planned time. Not frequent. My money also issue. Most of the time the cancelled trip money never go to next trip credential.

Unreliable.First time trying and got canceled.Driver was assigned but he decided to cancel. Probably it was the last booking of the day and wanted to finish work and go back earlier.Not service oriented.Beware.You will be stranded. That's what happened to us on the first booking.Disappointed.

there wrote that driver will not wait more tjan 30seconds. so we were waiting for driver details and driver eta anxiously for 30min (the driver was 25mins late). then after 30mins the driver cancelled our ride. wasted time wasted energy on the app. idea is good, system is bad. hopes it can improve.

Extremely convenient especially if you already have a fix schedule, you can book 3days in advance. Cost efficient for long journey and if you have more than 1 riders.

Covenient app for people who need to travel far for work. The drop off points are limited, it will be best if the shuttle can stop exactly at the desired bus stops.

Useless support. No helpdesk actually. Closing down in 4 days. Don't bother. Pity their shuttle drivers always complained that they're being made slaves to this app. Couldn't get any break and getting ridiculous pickup timing which irate the passengers. Oh yeah no way no remove your credit card once added.

Booked for the first time and got the ride in time though I was the only person in the shuttle, Driver did not cancel it. Will use it for more time before forming an opinion.

Not user friendly. Time consuming to look for rides. The app should just put their standard routes and schedule.

on several occasions, credit card has been charged but grab did not turn up. cancellation of rides with immediate rebooking were also not refunded with credits. efforts to contact grab is futile.

doesnt always have drivers accept the booking even when book 1 or 2 days in advance. seriously waste of time and when u cancel, your coupons will be deduct even if u didnt manage to get any rides!!

Another great mode of transportation ! App is easy to use...drivers were right on time and friendly and vehicles used were spotless clean...!!

This is a shuttle service that plies only selected towns like punggol, sengkang, hougang, serangoon and changi area. Very affordable prices as compared to Justgrab or grabshare. It would be awesome if other towns such as Bishan and Toa Payoh can be included

I received SMS confirmation that my ride was on the way. I waited and 15 minutes later (past the allocated pickup time), I was informed (by SMS again) that my ride was CANCELLED! In another word, Grab Shuttle Plus will play you out anytime even after payment and confirmation.

Why are you trying to ruin my food mood for trying your new app when creating a new account, by giving me an error message : "The phone number entered is not valid." ? Since the number I entered is valid, why choose to say that to me, what could be your reason for behaving in such an annoying way ? Do you not serve the Philippines? If so, this is not a valid error message to display, but instead : "Sorry, we haven't worked out how to provide service in your country yet, we are very appreciative that you tried though and to apologise for wasting your time, offer you $5 discount on Grab in the meantime. Thank you and again, sorry for not being successful yet." On the other hand, if you do serve the Philippines, then what is wrong with you, why spend so much effort turning new users away by rejecting their valid phone number, how did you come to the conclusion that this behavior would be useful ?

really bad unable to change credit card details as our c/card is not issued life time. have its expiry correct. no boddy can help and force to take other transport. Boonlay to Jurong Island. super sad with the ASAP apps. (ASAP-As Simple As Possiable)

Lousy app and service. The vehicle generally doesnt come at the proposed time. Don't use this app if you wish to reach anywhere on time

Buses are always clean and drivers are 99% friendly. Havent taken any trip with more than 3 pax. I have enjoyed the ride so far. Keep it up!

not bad.. can consider to book every morning to work due to reasonable price.. but during peak hour difficult to book which I need to book 1 day in advance... overall thumbs up!

payment option only credit card, select timing 0600 pick up but app does not seem to work instead it show 0625-0630. Clearly late

everything was great except the waiting time. if you are rushing, forget about this service as shuttle never comes on time..

This is quite convenient and cheap. However, sometimes will get 'aeroplane' or get ignored by the driver.

smooth service. Very grateful there is such a service. Suggest to cover western part of Singapore as well.
