Graeter’s Ice Cream

Don't The delivery for this app is utter trash. Don't. They submitted the wrong address FOR THEIR OWN STORE AND CAN'T UPDATE IT ON THEIR END. CORPORATE HELP LINE WAS USELESS. THE STORE WAS HELPLESS. TERRIBLE.

No problems downloading, setting it up or transferring old account points over. In terms of tracking rewards points this app works exactly as it should, I just wish it had the option to preload gift cards or add funds so that it could be easily used to pay with at the register when scanning.

No clue what the others on here are complaining about - I followed the directions to input my old rewards card number and my points showed up (so I am saying user error -app works great) Easy to use -can scan phone OR i scanned a reciept and it added the points. WAY easier than them typing in my phone number.

Great Ice Cream - Garbage app Doesn't let me reorder any of my previous orders. Doesn't remember my credit card. Won't let me pickup at the window, but if I order curbside they will give it to me at the window and apologize that their app is junk. Doesn't list the dog ice cream as a product. I like to order an ice cream for me and my pup while walking. Impossible with this app. Also, no reason not to be able to order at the window.

App won't load past the starting picture. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but no change. Never had this issue when i used my card to redeem points at the store. i guess I'll just start going to my local gelato shop instead

Just installed, but unless I'm willing to share location data, the app is useless. I would be more willing to spend money at Graeter's if I could simply get the rewards without being forced to install spyware on my phone. Oh well, uninstalling.

Worst app. Absolutely useless. Rarely can you get past main page. After fighting with it for several minutes I finally got to next page but can't scan receipt like it says you can and tutorial page is also useless.

Doesn't work anymore. Tried uninstalling then reinstalling and still just opens then doesn't respond so order can be scanned. Used to work fine so not sure what the problem is.

Just updated to the March update and I can no longer order my milkshakes with 2 flavors. It won't even let me save my previous order from before the update as a favorite order since it contains 2 flavors. Online ordering should match in store ordering options. Fortunately the stores allow in store orders now but still shouldn't be forced to just to get my usual. Also the app freezes now

I entered my card number but I never got the points added to the new app. This is the second time I've been ripped off by their rewards schemes. Last time I lost over 400 points. BEWARE!

Does not add receipts for loyalty program. Pretty much a waste of time. Sadly, this app makes it less likely that I will return as a customer. Bad apps can have a negative impact on your business.

It would be really helpful to know the date your points expire. I don't enjoy playing the guessing game. And I also don't like having to use my brain to come up with an answer when it should be provided by Greater's automatically.

I just downloaded. It worked perfectly. Pulled over my old rewards. I got a free cone for downloading it. I didn't receive anything for this review. I wasn't asked either. Just sharing my experience.

Current version won't let me set vehicle details for curbside pickup. It sets the vehicle color and make to null. You can't order curbside without all the vehicle information. You can't order scooped ice cream for in store pickup from my store, so I end up going somewhere else.

As many others stated, the app itself works fine. However, any loyalty program that forces long-term customers to start over from zero simply states the company doesn't value said customer. Good bye, Graeters.

Rubbish. Absolute rubbish. I still love their ice cream, but getting screwed out of my previous balance because this app sux and support is nonexistent, plus scrimping on portions means I don't buy from the shops anymore. I just get my Graeters from Kroger and call it done.

Why do i need another app taking up space on my phone in order to get rewards? Why couldnt i keep just handing over my phone number? Then i download the app and it won't give me credit for my last couple purchases because they are over 14 days old. This app sucks already.

This is a lousy way to treat long term coustomers. I went to your store tonight and gave my phone number to your cashier. the same I have used for years. she cant find find me in your system and says install the app . I enjoy your ice cream had rewards on my old account but cant access it. I dont exist. it was easier when you had punch cards. and we have a collection of your tee shirts. whoever rolled this out for you did not think this through. So there you have it.

Does not function anymore. The app can no longer connect to the internet and does not work past the opening menu

cool, spend $100 get an overpriced $5 ice cream cone. While you are at the mercy of whatever access the app wants to get about your location, your pictures, and I'm not comfortable with that.

I have installed and uninstalled this app 4 times now. when I open it it just freezes and I can't navigate through the app.

Does not work as promised with existing Rewards cards. Account doesn't match online. Inconsistent UI. Poor or non-existent error messages.

Horrible app.... downloaded but wouldn't move past the home screen. Note I can't add points..... this blows!

I miss the rewards card, which was easy to use. I will not be indulging in Graeters very often.

Good app if you're an avid ice cream lover. Missing the seasonal options reduces the usefulness for me.

App spoon bad.. great ice cream.. so hard to login, email password never came, validating phone number screen sticker cannot go back..

I love being able to see all flavors so conveniently and can order delivery or pickup and pay in advance I don't have to juggle money or credit card while trying to hold ice cream

App works fine to track purchases, but wish it included coupons, discounts, or specials.

Went order a pint of icecream was being charged almost $6 for the eqivalant of 3 or 4 scoops. Started the payment set up, and saw I was being chared $9.96 for delivery. Nearly $16 for a pint of icecream. Can get 2 half gallons at kroger for that. Custamer lost.
