This app is an unpolished gem. Lots of great ideas and easy to get good sounds out of. Several of its time seek controls (speed + grain position) lead to very metallic sounds, indicating DSP issues. The rotary controls are unintuitive, not following the de facto standard most music software has landed on for vertical scrubbing. Output gain is too easy to slam. Aside from several issues like this it's one of the better granular synths available here, and definitely worth a try.

Awesome. This app is deep and complex. But you can get some amazing sounds with samples. Only issue is I upgraded to full on my tablet but the full version is not showing on my phone. Landscape view would be great too.

Man i'm having way too much fun with this. Great work. Pro version let's you save presets and record the synthesis in HQ MP3, if anyone's looking for that save button.

Hands down the best sound design tool on Android. And there's no granular app on iOS that can compete (sadly, 'cause I'd love to have this app on an iPad). It' s a brilliant granular synth with heaps of amazing effects. A full blown studio for making experimental music, ambient, drone, sound art... I highly reccomend getting the upgrade to support the dev and get more features. It's super worth it.

This app is beautiful. The amount of flexibility and depth within it are fascinating. Ican take a simple loop and create and morphing, expansive texture with little effort. I've used it in a number of pieces and am more than pleased. I'd like some clear instructions online somewhere that I may refer to in order to access some of the deeper capabilities, but overall, I'm very happy.

Really neat way to do sound synthesis. a little hard to navigate, but once you figure it out (youtube or poking around), it's quite powerful... not sure if there's an easier layout or some kind of over-the-label hovering that could make it easier to understand what the different knobs do?

Great work! I only used it for 10 minutes and I could already work out what the controls were. It would be really handy if there was a way to be able.e to view the waveform and scanning while adjusting parameters... unless the parameters have midi compatibility? Either way, very interesting and worth getting of your into granular synthesis and sound design, or just want to make weird and wonderful sounds!

Some serious audio twisting available with this app. Would of been five stars but the amount of controls on the many pages make it a little complicated, if there is an instruction manual I will definitely give it a good read.

Very cool versatile app. Haven't tried pro version yet, but the free version is fun and useful. You can import audio and loops, resample and tweak the audio, lots of possibilities if you get creative with it. It's a great tool for a DAWless guitar looper stuff.

Why can't I clear or discard what i just did? Also, there's no such undo/redo feature in this app. It would be great if there'd been one cause then you can experiment and explore more. Hope the engineers focus a bit more on UI cause it's a great app and can be something really cool.

Best Android app I've used for experimental music so far. Not for you if you want something like a groovebox to create structured songs, but if you're looking for an app that can generate bizarre and beautiful drones, download this. The reverbs alone are surprisingly good.

Just what I was looking for! Perfect for my spooky soundscapes and interesting samples. Instructions are clear, but it's not a beginner friendly tutorial (it can be a problem for some users).

The interface is incredibly confusing and hardly anything makes sense. I couldn't play any sounds that I uploaded. Nothing was clear. EDIT: I appreciate the feedback and actually acting upon it, very uncommon to see. I'm trying the app again and I like it.

I wish I were knowledgeable enough to like it more. There is no friendliness in this app for the naive. Nor is the browser easy to navigate, in it's root depth. I lost my place and can no longer find waves to load. Perhaps, one day, small sample packs could become available to download?

Took away some of my favorite features, but that's just my preference. Very easy to loop & grunge up a sample. Could use better documentation, but this is major power to tweak, with NO ADS! * Very few permissions needed

Makes cool sounds but its very hard to understand (what's actually happening) even as a music producer with experience of synthesis. Also, glitchy sometimes and hard to use controls precicily. Also no way to export or record in app?

Profoundly astounding granular synthesis app, very easy to figure out for anyone with an open mind and an appreciation for lovely oddities like this. Having years of experience in sampling and sythesisers did help but having none would get some pretty good results also

I'm a techno freak and let me tell you this little app is fun. You might not wanna play with it with a loud speaker alone at night because you can get some scary sounds out of this thing once you figure out what you're doing, play with it for an hour or 2 and you'll be surprised what's coming out of it. I always wanted a granular synthesizer and now I know why... this thing is really dope and fresh. Try getting some monk chants going on 1 channel and some chords playing on another.
