Everytime you guys change the terms & conditions, we have to agree to it by pressing "OK" but what if okay button doesn't show up at all, then the program is totally useless.
the KNet page is crashing after click on any dropdown menu. I tried on my Samsung note 9 and Samsong S7, and Its keep my previous booking chaires on hold on the second trial or if I close the app bofore completing the reservation.
worst app ever. u cannot sign in, make a new account. even if u do succeed in selecting your seats, the payment fails. we always end up going to other cinemas because this app always fails.
The app doesn't open at all, I've tried to clear the data, clear the cache and even tried reinstalling the app and nothing has worked.
needs updates, you cannot book tickets using the app. so what's the point, and films are stuck in the coming soon even after weeks from showing!

I have downloaded the app multiple times and it doesn't even open,like not work at all. Fix it already!
Very disappointing sometimes. After choosing seats then ready for payment,it will stop and the seats chosen will be marked not available.
You can't register using the app, And even if you register your account using the browser website you will not be able to sign in using the app.... so it means this app is useless
Not working as it requests approval upon opening without choices blocking the screen from any other possible action. Please fix it.
It's a great app but some times it stucks in movie booking time fix it please
App asks me if i accept adding my email with no options to choose then it crashes 😑

You make registration hence booking a ticket impossible since date of birth has to be selected by a calendar with no option to choose the year, I have to scroll year by year making my date of birth 1978 requiring at least 38 clicks. And why the heck do you need the Nationality as a required field!!? I can understand asking for it for statistics but making it mandatory is pure racism
Cannot login as it keeps showing invalid username and password although I'm sure they are correct. Please fix
Kindly fix it.. I cannot book on the date that I wanted. It shows only 2 options of dates which is not available for my sched.😕
Kept on crashing everytime I select payment methods, and everytime it considers the seats I selected as booked when J restart the booking, now I lost 4 good seats
I always seem to have some problem or the other with this app. Either the booking page doesn't open or it's stuck at loading. Recently after I confirm a movie and select the number of people, it does not go to the next page and I cannot select my seats. Hope this gets fixed properly.
