Updates needed for new phones, Tivo can't help you and service providers can't either. Worked on my phone for a while and then stopped, inconvenient especially when out of town. Please fix this and 5 stars will be given. Thank you Update The problem was fixed and back to using the app again!! Thank you for fixing it..now if we can stream our shows from anywhere outside of the house!!
Thank you for both fixing and updating this App. I spoke with you all exactly a week ago and now I have an upgraded App that fits my needs precisely. Single device (Galaxy S10/iPhone SE) control over both my Vizio and LG televisions so no more hunting on non-lighted remote controls in the dark. I look forward to using the App away from home to see if it all has finally come together.
Absolutely the worst app for streaming TV to your phone. Had technical support and was able to stream 1 TV show; it failed on 15 other attempts telling me my phone was not capable of streaming; yet it works well with other streaming apps. I could easily rate this 0.1 absolutely pathetic.
Why have the app if doesn't work? It's a waste of the customer time. I can't wait to move to get rid of this poor service! I need my Direct TV back Im paying money for the service and can't use the benefits It's supposed to offer, explaining that the app was set up for an older version of Android and probably won't work. So I should keep my old outdated technology so the app can work..Spectrum here I come..
Horrible app. I can't stream to my device, I can't get live sports, I can't use the app outside my own wifi. This would be a fantastic way for people to utilize their service to the fullest, but alas, it's buggy and useless.
After ap installs i get a warning on my phone that ap was written for an older version of android and may not work properly on my phone. When i try to stream it sez i dont have a streaming device...however my phone streamed quite well with dish. Wish i would have kept dish as its streaming works well
Y'all need to update this so it will work properly. Keeps telling me wont work on newer versions of android. Tried to put it on an older version and it told me the same thing. Hasn't had an update since 2017.
Idk what the point of this app is? It says you can watch your cable on the go but that's untrue. Tried watching the Olympics on my phone and it said it couldn't stream live. What is the point of this app?
Appropriately 10 days ago the Grande2go app stopped working. It will not sign in and when go to help tab get the message "you definitely have gone to the wrong page". This app needs to be fixed.
Keeps disconnecting, can't get back in, uninstall/reinstall does not help. Completely frustrated.
I'm getting a sign in error...app was written for an older android version and may not work properly...will this be resolved soon?
Grande gave up on this app. It doesn't work and has not had a update in 3 years.
Its stupid that you have to be on the same wifi network to watch live TV. Whats the point of having the app when you can watch TV at home? I thought the point of the app was to watch live TV from wherever you are.
Worked a month ago and no it just keeps asking me to log in. Needs and update or something. Please fix it.

This app is complete garbage
False advertising. Commercials indicate Grade2go is free with any plan. Waited 30 minutes to be told it is not compatible with the equipment I have. It also seems that if it works you have to be connected to your home Wi-Fi which defeats the purpose of installing it on your MOBILE device.
