horrible! asks for permission to acess your contacts and manage you phone calls and even if you allow it still doesnt work...dont waste your time..

This app requests several unnecessary permissions. I should not need to share my contacts with grange to submit a claim. Also the camera viewfinder was upside down for some photos making the photos difficult.

Way too many steps to go through and then when I got to the screen and then ask me for my passcode and last name I don't know what the hell my passcode is dry and ran into claim number and that still didn't work I don't know of any area to put a passcode in for Creative profile so altogether between the Google Play Store setup and it's apps that up and at the end of it couldn't install any photos it's just not a good app

I've tried several times to upload photos using this App, but to no avail...

1. Login is stupid with the whole pass code thing, instead of policy # 2. You're unable to upload any photos 3. This app is wack!

Why is this app asking for a pass code which was never issued?

You can only make claims. I'd would like it better if i could view my policy or insurance card.

I had to upload the app several times to try and submit a claim. Requests unnecessary permissions including contacts, media files, photos. Why does any insurance company need your contact list? This is the only way you can submit a claim to this company for the adjuster to receive. There should be an alternative to this process. I was told there was none. Very frustrating.
