Icon is completely missing from the app drawer. The icon is just missing. It's a blank space with the app name under it.

This is a good insurance app. It makes it relatively easy to pull up your plan details and insurance card(s). I would like to see a way to display the insurance card from my phone's lock screen. Or have a way to lock the phone with the card showing before I hand it to a police officer. I do not feel comfortable handing my unlocked phone to anyone just to show a required document.

Bugs out everytime I enter a digit for my payment amount. I'll press a number and it will appear and immediately disappear. Had to make a second payment because it bugged out and didn't accept an entire digit. It doesn't even delete correctly. Hit delete once and it removed the first digit you entered and not the last one. That makes me not want to use this app in fear of too much being entered due to a bug and draining my account for no reason.

Every single time I log in I have to reset my password. EVERY SINGLE TIME

The roadside assistance is eternally broken. Having to call my insurance agent to be told to just pay out of pocket for the service and try to get reimbursed later... As a response to the reply, I tried that... over the course of 4 hours one day, and at least 90 minutes a second day. They send a link to be filled out on an app. It still doesn't work calling, as you are not given a option to actually talk to someone.

Everytime i try to make a payment through the app, it NEVER has the correct amount on the next page! Say I'm making a payment for $82.00...I type in 82.00 go to review it and it says $8.20. I have to go back "several" times before it will register on the review page. Also, doesn't store payment info. I log in with fingerprint, I would expect it to store payment info! This app needs updated! FYI... read the other reviews and looks like making a payment is a HUGE issue with this app!

Works fine for what it shows, but I'd like to see policy details instead of just the basics. With every other insurance provider I've had in the past I've been able to see what cars are being covered. Also an option to modify my policy online would be great.

Soooooo FRUSTRATED with this app. Won't accept the numbers put in for payment correctly. Almost paid wrong amount cause app incorrectly puts in payment amount. Unbelievable that a multi-billion dollar company would allow this. I would be embarrassed to allow this app in my company if I had one. Im sure they've had multiple complaints cause they say to call an 800 line to make payment if you have this issue. Not the end of the world but if your going to put out an app make sure it works.

Entering payments is painfully slow and buggy. To the point of being unusable. The web page is also slow - probably because of input validation - but no where near as bad as the mobile application.

This could be the most useless app available. If you want your customers to make payments in the app, you need to make the app let you enter a payment amount without deleting everything. That's if the app will even log in. Complete waste if time.

Couldn't get past creating a password. Instructions say to call a certain number. So I am calling on the same phone I am trying to install on. Goofy and beyond useless. Keep the $25 dollars and send someone out to do the DIY inspection yourself. I'll also be going back to paper since this stuff is way too hard.

Junk! Insurance is decent, but the app is worthless. Roadside Assistance doesn't work, it just says "Error, We are having trouble right now".

Can't really give a assessment at this time. Need to take a closer look at the amenities they offer consumers. I downloaded application after viewing TV advertisement. Need to research more before making a decision too download again. One recommendation for developers. Give more details about the application in a video format description so we make informed decisions on whether applications can be of useful assistance.

It's a total pain to deal with this insurance company, so I ended up cancelling. They keep sending me bills 6 months after the cancellation.

Very Frustrating. Cannot even make a payment. Long time Grange customer, but they really need to do better. Issues have been going on for some time with no resolution.

The app always has issues when you try to pay your bill. This leads to late fees, the website is the same way

Everything was great at first until here recently. When you go to put the payment amount in it won't put in the right amount...for example if your payment is 212.85 it will only put in 21.28 it leaves the last number off

The worse insurance i ever had. I had my back door plastic up. There was wood pieces on the porch, I'm building a island for my kitchen. It was cluttered, they are dropping me. Shouldn't have gave them one starr.

downloaded app, tried to set up account. got to 3 security questions, app would not load questions. I couldn't get any further. worse than useless. if I could give 0 stars,I would.

Worst online app ever. Never works. Always crashing and always freezes trying to process payments. My advice. Don't get grange!!!

One of the worst apps I've ever dealt with. Has to be updated every time I go to use it. The updates take forever. All around junk.

Easy to use and navigate, makes it simple to find information in a hurry. Love Grange!

Im about to cancel my insurance based on the simple fact that yall make it so hard to make the monthly payment.. It should be this difficult.

This is the best car insurance you can purchase. Sebrena in claims and Terhas Habtet in medical are Phenomenal! They are compassionate and handled all my needs without any issues or complaints. If you're in the need of car insurance I highly recommend Grange Insurance. 😊!

Works well it's always good to have an app to pay your bills on or make changes to your account.

Very Slow... Hard to make payment... Typing in numbers is almost impossible.... Fix your junk app.

When I try to put in $ amount its all wrong. If input in 165.94 the review says 16.94. You REALLY need to fix this ASAP

Payment section doea not work everytime i try to pay it shows a different amount or ill type it will show the amount and in review the last number typed is missing
