The Granite Connect Mobile App provides field technicians with unprecedented access to real-time job availability and status. The Connect app bridges the gap between field and office and allows for seamless transmission of job site details from solicitation through dispatch completion.

The mobile app has been developed specifically for the Granite Field Service technician’s needs. No longer does a technician need to rely on a printed work order or sign off sheet. Every detail of the job is available directly on the technician’s phone or tablet, allowing the tech to be more prepared and more efficient.

Techs will have access to full job details from the moment that the job is routed to them. Attachments, forms, and required deliverables will all be available to be downloaded for print or to be filled out directly on their device. The app has the ability to communicate back to the Technician’s own Dispatch manager, or back to Granite directly. A couple quick clicks in the app is all it takes to provide and ETA, or send a message to the Project Manager to get more info. When a tech is ready to report closeouts, an easy-to-use form captures all the dispatch details and even a customer signature without ever having to pick up a pen. Take photos in the app, or upload existing photos directly from the mobile device’s gallery. All photos and documents uploaded and submitted in the Connect app are delivered directly into the Granite system. No more calls and emails to track down closeouts that were delivered verbally or sent in via email. Tech closeouts entering the Granite system automatically means tickets are closed and billed faster.
