Sometimes, more often than not, impossible to remote deposit a check. It rotates the image 90 degrees and therefore doesn't capture the complete check and can't make the deposit.
This update ruined mobile deposit, when I take a picture it rotates 90 degrees, the flashlight function is no longer there for the pictures. Major bugs, last version was way better.
I have switched credit unions a few times in the past few years....a long story that I will spare you. Anyway they have never charged me overdraft fee. I have even walked up to a teller and asked if I could have my $1000 rubber check insurance and she didn't hesitate or need to call over anyone to make me feel like a loser...she just peeled of crispy $50 Bill's. Remote deposit is flakey. Check photo often rotates and can't be corrected.
Drives me crazy that the app rotates the pictures of the checks!!!
This app is pointless. They always reject my mobile deposits. What's the point of offering this option if you reject your customers deposits multiple times. Now you are requiring us to write on the back of our checks too. Don't bother banking with them. Choose another provider.
The remote deposit is ridiculous. Every time I seposit, I have to redo it for some reason or another, even though I follow instructions. I wish there was a branch closer so I could just deposit it.
I love this app. It has made life a lot easier, until today when it refuses to let me log in. Keeps saying the server timed out. I'm so irritated with it. Please fix this!
As a long time member of this credit union that has gone through our family, it's just a little irritating that the app is frequently not able to pull data from your servers. At one time I never had any issues, but for the past month now it's hit or miss, quite a nuisance. Work on the server stability and it'll deserve a better rating.
The system is constantly down and gcu places limits on how many transfers you can do in a month
I work for a major bank but have been with GCU for nearly 20 years. I LOVE the app. Even more than my employer's online banking app.
I had to resend the email every time I logged in. It never just remembered it on my phone.
Excellent! With remote deposit capture I will be able to bank from anywhere!

Finally an app for our awesome credit union. A long time in the making and it is nice to have that mobile app access. Even the check deposit feature is included.
I finally have an app for my bank. This best feature, looking at the pledges or holds. Such a good app!

New menus and account views are great. Card control feature VERY convenient.
Works alright, it'll show you your account info. But you will always need to know your password off the top of your head because you'll get really used to seeing the phrase. "Your finger print data is no longer available please sign in with password". I'm surprised their app seems to lose this info with such frequency.
