Works great, this app is so good, with both banking tools, but also realtime credit score check that I would suggest starting an account with this credit union even if it's not close by to you. It even has a real time credit score simulator that let's you inject hypotheticals of payments or loans issued then showing what your credit score change would be. I love that.
New problem. App just open and closes. I reinstalled the newest version and all I get is crashes at log in. My security setting have not changed. App as full permissions. I was able to use the app last week but not this week. What's the solution?
Tried sevwral times to deposit by mobile banking. The front of the check photographed fine. The back of the check wouldnot focus properly. It kept trying to ajust the image continuely. It would not stay focused.
Use this app every day. Makes banking so much easier. Allows me to transfer funds, check balances, and deposit checks without having to go to the bank.
Constantly makes me reset password, even when I have it saved and use my fingerprint, always says cannot validate my information, it's annoying.
Stopped working. Latest update gives error about violating security policy and closes. Otherwise was a good app.
Update: they fixed the app and it now works on my phone. Thank you!! App won't work on new phone. Will change review if they fix it.
Usually I have absolutely no problems with the app, but even after an Uninstall and reinstall, it will not open at all, this has been going on for days now.
It says,"This app security policy prevents the use of android debug bridge and or USB debugging. PLEASE TURN OFF. THIS SETTING VIA THE DEVICE SETTING AND RELAUNCH THE APP."
Keep getting "application has violated security policy's" and proceeds to close the app. Besides that, usually works pretty well.
I have been using this app for a very long time, after the recent update I can't even open it, it keeps crashing.
Does not launch. Permission errors. Can't tell you more because error flashes to up so quickly.
Since the update, the app no longer launches. It's approaching a month with no service.

This app is absolutely HORRIBLE! I was forced to upgrade and can log in rarely. Constantly telling me "something went wrong, please call for assistance" which I have done over a dozen times in the last 2 months. Forced to change my password everytime to the point where I can not even think of any more that I would be able to remember. Fingerprint login fails all the time. Instant balance has never worked once. All around a big FAIL with this app. Not sure why they even had to change itπ‘π€¬
App works very well but is very slow loading. Load speed has improved.
Constantly crashing and now I can't even get the website to load. Please get it together!!!
I've had this app since before the rebranding. Truthfully, the people saying they've had errors are correct, but when it's running (which has been majority of the time), it's perfect and works the way I want it to. They normally provide some warning or context for why people can't login.
Very easy to use. I did have to get a new phone due to the recent update.
I love this credit union mobile banking is great plus their not far from where I live new bank awesome thanks everyone who works there great job
I can no longer access my accounts with this APP. Time to find a new credit union
Whatever update they did recently has caused my app to not work at all on my phone.

This app will not open since I got my new phone. I've tried Uninstalling it and reloading it bit it still won work. All I get is a small square in the center of a white screen!! The app worked fine on my old phone! Very disappointing π
People are saying that they get error messages, screen with logo only? Lucky them! I get nothing but a blank screen! Has been this way for months. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Totally blank screen. It used to work before, and it was great. No longer. I'm lucky that I don't live far from the branch in my town. I can just walk there. But the app was more convenient.
