The basic concept behind the game is: What if the game developers back in the days of consoles such as the Vectrex had had access to modern physics engines?
Features:-50 levels (25 included for free, the rest can be unlocked from within the game as an in-app purchase)-Real 2D physics, simulated using jBox2d (same as Angry Birds)-Grab and lift boxes (and the other ship)-Advanced damage system that will keep things interesting to the end-Map physical keys if you have them, otherwise touch controls are fine, even if you don't have multitouch (Xperia PLAY Optimized)-Controls can be inverted, if you prefer to press on the side of the thruster you want to fire, rather than on the side to which you want the ship to turn-Autohover system, if you switch ships while in the air, the ship will autohover until you repossess control of it-Social features using Swarm
Swarm features:-Online leaderboards-Achievements-Connect to your friends to filter scoreboards showing only you and your friends

Possible issues:At the moment, if you change the orientation option to "Auto", beware that every time you change your device' orientation, the game will be reset and go back to the title screen.
If you have a lower end phone, feel free to try the game out, when you get to level 25 you will have encountered levels with plenty of physics in them, and there will not be any levels after that that are much worse, physics wise.
There are three options if you end up upside down, Restart level, self destruct, or (and most fun) use the other ship to lift it up. Grab button is upper left corner, hold it for 5 secs to self destruct.

I downloaded this ages ago on my Atrix and enjoyed it, now rocking the premium levels on my Nexus.
Untill the added auto stabilization now i cant fly worth a crap I absolutely loved this game the way it was its super fun and super retro, best buck I ever spent, level 48 was hard but im stuck on 49 please undo the auto thrust thing you did so I have the game I paid for back
I would play this over and over if it had a list of my own best scores to beat for each level. I'm not bothered about the top 25 in the world, I just want to perfect my time.
Also thank you for making "Beginner Assistance" optional.

I love this game and have gotten manyfriends to get and they all love it too. - I have to say though that level 39 just makes it not fun anymore...I agree with them - I have no idea what to-do... three months later I do not play this anymore because it is just not fun trying to do level 39 for hours with no success. I know that you have to basically luck your was through it.EDIT: tv-kid, level 39 is not easy, you are pathetic. I hate it when I read reviews of douchebags like you... Loser
This is one of the better games I've found for Android. It starts out pretty challenging as you get used to controlling the ships and the first few levels can be unforgiving, but you get used to it pretty quick. The developer has done a good job keeping it interesting with new and varying challenges as you progress. Hint: You can beat level 39 without sacrificing a ship.
My only concern is that when I switch to the other ship, the other one's boosters I was just controlling goes haywire. Please fix for 5*'s.
If you need to reinstall the game or reset your phone, just go to the buy screen and the game will unlock the extra levels again.
Excellent, Lunar Lander for the 21st century, takes some getting used to, can be frustratingly tough, but very very nicely made, quality game.

Game looks simple, but it's really fun. It would be really fun if game would have some kind of level editor with community levels (upload/comments)
I bought the extra levels and had to reset my phone for another reason and when I downlaoded this app again it doesnt save that you bought the extra levels and makes you buy them again... they need to fix this!!! i want the extra levels again but im not paying for them twice!!!!!!

Might be fun, but crashes on start. Can't play.
Most of the levels require the use of both ships simultaneously to beat the level(besides getting both to the finish). Especially after unlocking the second half of the levels. However, the way the auto pilot seems to work after switching ships only causes you to lose all of your fuel. Even when attached to a surface with both landers, it still tries to fly, needlessly causing you to lose fuel. So while you use one ship, the other is losing fuel, switch, and the first one loses fuel.
