Gray wolf Sounds
The gray wolf or grey wolf (Canis lupus) also known as the timber wolf, or western wolf, is a canid native to the wilderness and remote areas of North America, Eurasia, and northern, eastern and western Africa. It is the largest extant member of its family, with males averaging 43–45 kg (95–99 lb), and females 36–38.5 kg (79–85 lb). Like the red wolf, it is distinguished from other Canis species by its larger size and less pointed features, particularly on the ears and muzzle. Its winter fur is long and bushy, and predominantly a mottled gray in color, although nearly pure white, red, or brown to black also occur. As of 2005, 37 subspecies of C. lupus are recognised by MSW3. The nominate subspecies is the Eurasian wolf (Canis lupus lupus), also known as the common wolf.

I'm waaay up north in Minnesota and for the first time ever heard a pack of wolves howling at a full moon...absolutely beautiful!!! 🎶 Some of these tones sound just as lovely; some, not so much. But def worth downloading. 🐺

The wolf is a mygestic creature. It's a sign of enchantment, when I listened to these sounds, it made me feel safe, like... I was one with the wolves. ( it MAY sound weird) just because other people look at us and say oh look its just another human... To me wolves are much more to me than people. Who cares if people call us weird, we love wolves and that's what matters most! Now go out there and howl with the wolves!!!
