Has multiple issues. Keeps scrolling back to top (they say it was fixed since last few years but never was, as of Apr 2022). Doesn't show bidder list, doesn't even show my bid/quantity. Crashes intermittently. They charge 20% buyer's premium, at least hire a decent mobile app development team.

Awesome app but keeps crashing and closing when you select categories. Uninstalled app and reinstalled. Still keeps crashing. Shame cause I've bought countless items and vehicles off here.

What a shocking app, only had it for a day 25.03.22 and already want to take it off. Should be about ease of viewing lots but is just the opposite, you look at list of upcoming sales, see one you want to know more about click on it and then close it only to be "SENT BACK TO THE START" I gave up and stopped looking. TO Grays, not sure what 12yo you have given your on- line marketing too but your normal page is impossible to use with adds constantly blocking your view of items and this anti app?

Too expensive for IT equipment: You pay + 20% of bid price for premium + $20 "shipping" for something small like an NVMe storage or $50 for a laptop! + Another $2.5 to $9 for "administration fees" + 1% for Visa/Master card. So if you win a laptop for $200, you'll pay 200+40+50+9+1%= $300. Sneaky way to pay 50% more for something.

I can not bid on anything it just keeps going around in circles constantly asking me to log in again and again. Is this just me or a problem with the app.

Great app, better now with the ability to enlarge pics, everything is wonderful UNTIL. Once you've looked at an item and return to the listings, it puts you back at the start of those listings, not where you were before. This may seem silly but if that list is 400+, it can become tedious .... I'd think that a solution won't be far away from you wonderful people.....

There are many problems with the app, after being a loyal customer, I'm reconsidering my opinion. Issues: Problem with the "watch list" in app not displaying the correct $ value. The app is also buggy and crashes regularly. Navigation back and forward is also faulty as it crashes and does not go back to the starting navigation position of previous screen. When looking at sales that have hundreds of items. Looking at the "Won items" lists don't show the actual price paid. Problems still occuring

Had good experiences in the past but recently the app keeps crashing when you leave to go to another one and then come back to it. Also out of my last 2 won auctions: 1st. They lost one of the items, and only sent me 2 of the 3 items. " I " had to call and get a refund. 2nd. After winning auction on a gold ring, they sent me the wrong item (2g lighter than description). Advised that the description of the item was incorrect. Lucky I checked. Now have to return the item to get my refund...

Very very frustrating app to use. When going into an item and then back out of it, for some reason it jump back to the very top of the list. I won't be using graysonline until its fixed. The ios app seems to work fine. Edit: app is now functional and this fault has been rectified. Thanks

Very disappointed with the new updated app. Reasons - no close up on pictures - limited function. I.e no view purchase history winning bid. Bidding history etc. - search not working. - limited filter option The app should have all the same function as web version. Positive is the the interface is much prettier but thats about it.

Grays new app is painful! I used to be able to navigate to all auctions in my state and scroll, now I have to choose a relevant subject and hope that it has been catalogued correctly (something they often get wrong), then filter by state. This process is a downgrade from the functionality of the old app. The new app is almost unusable. As a result I will no longer be doing business with Grays. All my previous purchases, where did that information go?

The app update is a big step up from the old. It's fast, fluent and easier to navigate. Only feedback so far, is to fix search, sorting and probably grid mode for individual sales - continuous scrolling can be troublesome. 5 Stars for next release if feedback is taken into consideration.

Fuuuuurrrrkkkinngg useless. I used the app to make an auto bid. Watching the auction the whole time. Even increasing my bid a few times. Waiting all the way through the going going gone. Only to find that the app didn't work and my bid didn't get registered. Called greys and they have no log of my bids whatsoever. Lost a chance at a one of a kind car!

Hi, I'm regular user of the app. Very disappointed with the upgrade. Where is ending soon option. Where is Auction closing today option . What's the point of discount freight if you have no way of knowing which category - auction it is ? When using the app, and you click picture, doesnt allow pic to expand. Why is there no help or contact us option on the app ? Then to email developer, it gets rejected . PLEASE review the upgrade and consider this. I'm sure I'm not the only frustrated user.

Very frustrating app to use, uninstalling it. Poor update intervals for auctions, search results showing items that had recently closed as still open, the infamous problem with viewing an item and going back returns to the top of the list. Too many rookie mistakes with this app, get a better QA team!

Absolute garbage. Have lost two cars because for some reason the auction has already closed even though the timer is still counting down. In top of that, if you are looking at an item, and go back, it takes you to the start of the listings.

The verification process is nothing short of a JOKE. Won't accept my last name with the space. Capcha after capcha after fkn capcha! Then the PayPal option errors out 🤦‍♂️ Edit: I was able to work around the error by using Chrome on PC instead. However, I note that after you select payment method within the PayPal checkout process, there's no way to change it later. Finally, though not an app issue, most of the items have no pickup option so you're forced to pay their extortion shipping charge.

The app is ok for general browsing. When bidding it can be misleading. On a number of occasions now it has indicated that I have "won" auctions that were still active. Resulting in me dismissing the lots as having been "won". The database needs to update better and the language needs to be clearer. 28/7/21 App still buggy. Lost another lot tonight as the auction had closed but the counter on the app was still counting down indicating there was still time to bid. Placed bid to find the lot closed

Edit on developer's response : I know app will show me. It was showing wrong that's what I said. Also your customer support told me not to use app. Very very poor experience. It kept showing me that I am loosing the item, so I put the bid against a different item. At the end of the auction, they shows I won both of the item. Now I have 2 laptops. Called them, they said don't use our app, use browser. Why in the world you built the app then?

Not good. Can't sort your results at all, eg. price low to high, or auction ending first. So must scroll through everything displayed in a random order. No price max filter either. Just use a browser.

Most recent update makes the app unusable. The search function doesnt work, there are no filters and even if you do manage find something to look at you still cant enlarge the photos.

Can you please fix the app it worked well now it's harder to use I could pick cheapest first or ending soonest and pages now I can't do anything takes me twice as long to search also I want to be able to click on the photos and enlarge image please make this happen as I love GraysOnline PS also as soon as you go out of something you can't go back very frustrating

I can see where you were going with the upgrades but you need the options of searching via each state as it was before changes and ability to search for nationwide auctions, no point searching an item only to find its pick up only in another state.
