I just recently switched from an iPhone to an HTC One and have been greatly disappointed in how useless the app for android is. The app for iOS worked extremely well, but the android app is god awful. I have only been able to access my account once with the other dozens of attempts resulting in crashes or waiting 5+ minutes for something to happen.
Great app does just what it's supposed to. One wish. When you click on find atm/branch a phone number would be great.
I keep getting a network connection error. It was fine a week ago.
Great to check balance...and that's about it. Otherwise, it's fairly useless. I can't wait for the update they keep talking about. Hopefully the app and mobile banking becomes truly mobile.
This app is horrible. More than half the time I go to use it it says login failed for no reason, when I go to the website and use the same login info it works fine. Fix your app, great basin...
Great app normally but has not loaded for the past week. Getting network error message. Running 4.4 on nexus4. App is still working on my 2.3 HTC.
If you are using this app to access your account, it is no longer functioning. You need to download the new app. Search "Great Basin" in the Play Store. Look for the new app. Great Basin did a poor job of managing this rollout.
Easy to use, balances wherever I am, love that. Did have a problem with login, but I reinstalled and problem solved.

Awesome access to all of the aspects of banking that is easy to use and highly effective. Security is top tier and while it sometimes a pain, it is worth the small hassle to know your information and money is secure. I lose no sleep.
