I love this app. Would be awesome if it could go further, maybe 100 reps per set.
love it.. it works for me ❤
Easy everyday workout for busy lifestyle and you immediately feel the results
A really good motivator.
Good motivation, free only for the first week or so. I am using several of their apps. Wish there was a discount for multiple purchases
Great app best group is fitness 22
Can't believe the program stops after four sessions in (week 2 day 1). Don't download this app because all you get is a whole lot of disappointment and no improvement on your fitness.
Available only 4 days - week 1 3days and week 2 1day. To get full you have to pay. This is very disappointing. I like the app but ....
I wish if it were free. Only week one available on the free version.
Very easy to follow and manageable. Thanks.
Started back into excersise after illness. This is ideal for me as I get muscles moving again. Easy to follow after a run and stretching time makes me concentrate on loosening up afterwards.
Loved it from day one till finish date. I will definitely recommend this apps for great results as early as week one.
Its made for someone who probably never worked out a day in your life
After having great success with their 10k app I have started the exercise apps. When I try to exercise on my own I overdo it and hurt so badly that I stop exercising. These apps grow at a steady pace so you gain strength without hurting yourself! And my 4 year old loves doing it with me and pressing the "did it" button!
I also like your apps on sit-ups, pushup etc.. I was wondering if you could make an app that would give me a complete work out. I mean one app that takes into account all the exercises together.
I download this one as well as the great legs, great abs, and couch to 10k and I'm pretty excited! I can tell from looking at them that I will stay interested in them to reach goals and badges. Is there any recommendations on what order to do these workouts in as a fitness program? They are each 3 times a week which seems manageable, but should I do all of them on the same 3 days or space them out?
I'm on week 4 using all of the apps in the series, and given my shape and size, I can't see any difference (yet), but I can feel it in how I move and in how my clothes fit. My only question is what to do after week 8. What's the next step?
Easy to fit into your morning routine. Just completed their abs workout and have kept it in my workout along with this one.
I haven't used this long enough to see results, but I feel them. I can walk longer with less stiffness in my hips. Only issue is that it doesn't save my results sometimes.
I finished the first week. I really like the progression. It's easy to stay motivated when you gradually increase strength. I have 5 other Fitness 22 apps and I love them all so far.
Just ended my second week. So far I like it. Love how its 3 times a week. Perfect for me. All workouts are simple && easy enough for me to do, considering I have back problems! When done ill rate again.
Small steps but you don't have to move forward if it gets to difficult, just repeat untill you feel you can move on
I have several of Fitness22 apps and of love all of them. The progression through each exercise is great and before I knew it I could do so much. App is easy to use as well.
Found this app through their running app, gets me to work out and shows me moves I didn't think of doing. I definitely recommend using this app in conjunction with their other workout apps, legs and running. Woo fitness!!
Has been helping me ease back into an exercise routine. Good for beginners or anyone who wears out easily like me!
