After having great success with their 10k app I have started the exercise apps. When I try to exercise on my own I overdo it and hurt so badly that I stop exercising. I download this one as well as the great legs, great abs, and couch to 10k and I'm pretty excited! I can tell from looking at them that I will stay interested in them to reach goals and badges. Is there any recommendations on what order to do these workouts in as a fitness program? They are each 3 times a week which seems manageable, but should I do all of them on the same 3 days or space them out?
