To use the Great Lakes First FCU app, you must be enrolled as a Great Lakes First FCU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

The app has been down and they won't put put back up. Online banking doesn't work either. Considering switching to a different bank/credit union. This is ridiculous. I have no idea what the hell is happening with my money, nor when I'm getting paid. I can't sign up for ebay, I can't sign up for PayPal or do anything because I can't see my microdeposits. Even before it was down the app would constantly fail to load your banking information. Very disappointing.
I had made an un-needed bad review in the past. This app is very useful for checking balance, transactions, deposit and a few more options. Can be a little behind on updating transactions but available balance is usually correct. Overall very needed and useful app.
Easy to navigate and do my financial work. Edit 9/24/21: I did an update on September 8 and the app has been giving errors ever since. Can't access any current info about my account. Somebody needs to fix this!
Not as good as other banking apps a lot of errors messages with loading and don't like that it doesn't show what is pending transactions like my old banks mobile banking did..
App has not updated transactions for the past week so I reinstalled and now it shows my last transaction was back in May!
This app is great when it works. Too bad it only works about 5% of the time. Typical GLFFCU. FIX THE APP ALREADY!!!!
I can't check my balances more than half of the time. 100% not impressed with the last 2 updates.
Most times the app has an error when opening, and it always tells me my secret question is wrong when it's not
When its working properly it's a decent app.. just did another update and I get errors constantly grrr

It won't let me sign into my bank account and I have all information correct...
App was great but then last week the banks system was updated and now this app is plain and simple JUNK cant do anything because i cant log into it with my online banking info. Maybe shouldve spent a little more money on the development of this app instead of spending it to update your system and also when the app tells you after couple tries to login that you have to contact the bank so you can call them all you want 4 days now and not once have i been able to do anything but wait on hold
