I came to Fitness 22 programs because I heard a very good deal about them. I've just started on the Couch210K and I wanted exercises to complement this. I think the app is great but they should mention in the title that is just a TRIAL. And have a separate app where people see the price. It's a very nasty move... I understand the need for the company to get money and I have nothing against it. However, as I said, please include that is a TRIAL in the title.
I have used multiple Fitness 22 brand apps while exercising with a friend who had purchased them. Am now about to purchase my own, but am frustrated to find that there is no multi app or training package price, but that you must purchase each individually. I do hope that Fitness 22 is in process of developing similiar apps for upper body - arms, chest and back....

Awesome stuff gradually work out way out to great shaped legs
Easy to learn, self pace, great illustrations at a even greater price, and who doesn't have 10 minutes a day or every other day.
The first time through I used this app all 8 weeks were free. Now they aren't. That's a shame. Liked it until now. Uninstalling
Downloaded this under the impression that it was 8 weeks worth of leg workouts. Come to find out it gives you the first 4 workouts then wants you to pay $2.99 for the pro version. No where in the description does it say that it's not the full 8 weeks. False advertising. Not happy.
Don't particularly like the voice of the coach. Really irratating.
Hey, i just install this app and i already feel that this app will success to help meπ but my question is.. Can this workout makes my thigh slimmer? Or it just tone our legs??

Easy to follow and easy to understand, this one has been a great help. Not just for shaping, but for my knees too; I've had weak knees since I was a kid, and after confirming with my doctor that I didn't have arthritis, building my leg muscles have made stairs a whole lot less painful. Thanks!!
Great introduction to building legs. Starts very easy and I'm using along with the running and other apps available as it is not a challenging workout on its own.
I have gone from 0 daily exercise to every day exercise. It eases you in gently and before you know it you are doing more than you would have imagined. I have several of the fitness 22 apps and all of them encourage you to achieve you goals. I'm a full time working mum and am able to fit in exercise now.
I love the progression of exercises. Before I knew it, my body could do so much! The app is easy to use.
I started with the couch to 5k app and it was so good i downloaded all the other apps made by 22fitness. This is amazing and motivational
Good for beginners... I guess if your more advanced you can triple or quadruple each workout... but super cool. Only one questuon, how do we set the calorie burning?
It builds on the same three exercises, gradually increasing your stamina and ability. On week 3 now - we'll see how it feels at the end.
Starts you off slow instead, where workout videos you dive right in the hard stuff. You wont get too discouraged and give up....i love all their apps!

thought i would get 8 week workout plan, it only gives 1 then asks for 4$ Canadian for the other 7 weeks. I can find these plans on Pinterest I wanted that would be easier to read. Too bad i wanted to try a few of them
