Easy to use. Can see all my accounts at once. Mobile deposit convenient and easy to use.
It gave me an option once to finger print sign in and promptly never asked again. I'd love for that to be better implemented. Also if you're going to have a "chat" function, it would be nice if someone was actually there to chat instead of saying to call your bank because nobody is available. Otherwise absolutely no complaints.
Can't figure out how to schedule a reoccurrent payment more than once a month for the bills that I have. I have a SunTrust account as an example I'd like to send payments twice a month and I can't figure out how to make two reoccurrent payments. It appears it's impossible to do
I like this new version much better than the last with one major exception. The previous version showed you pending deposits that was very useful to me and now as far as I can tell that feature is both gone from the website and this app. Will change review to 5 stars if this feature is returned
A big pain in the butt. Had to recreate my bill pay payees. Still don't have all of them. Every step i had to call someone to fix the problem. The only good thing about this is that i can now see all of my accounts at once. Otherwise, it stinks. Also, i can no longer access the accounts online. Have to use the app even tho i don't like it.
Easy app to use, lots of info available right at my fingertips. Like that I now have the option to check my credit here as well. Miss seeing pending deposits, however. Fingerprint login has somehow gone sideways and doesn't always work now, not sure what is up with that?
I don't do alot with it. But it never fails and it's always there...even in the middle of the night!

Absolutely dumb you have to use a third party app to transfer money within the same bank. Also they charge you for transferring money next business day but it never goes through next day. So in other words were getting scammed by our own bank with a third party app.
Fantastic app, so easy to use, secure, and just over all fantastic!! I wish i could make sub accounts but maybe someday, till then the apps still wonderful and just a breeze to use in everyday life!
Very easy to navigate
I don't know if it's this app or the CU but every single time I use this thing I have problems. I have gone into my branch and verified my login info and I know I have the correct info. I am about ready to just switch CUs. This is absurd.
Its alright, but they didnt keep the deposits pending to see incoming checks:/ but overall, fairly easy to use & like the updated graphics
Had to redo the whole thing and it doesn't keep me signed in. There is no point in using this app over the web browser. Not an app I would consider using again.
Don't recommend. If you want to xfer TOO ANOTHER MEMBER you have to email?? Nope I would rather pay a 1% fee and xfer. Twin Star doesn't do this and I'm done with this bank. Nothing but trouble and hassle for simple things.

Overall app is great. Occasionally it has hiccups. When that happens it won't let me use fingerprint scan. Otherwise, very satisfied.
