Great River FCU

Most of the time the app works really well. In fact, I'm extremely greatful for it. However - every once in a while it says it can't load my account info after I've logged in. It''s only happened roughly 10 times in over a year. Could be due to maintenance, either way it's a frustration.

It was so easy! All I had to do was aim and the app took it from there. Wonderful! Today is April 27. I had to move funds to this account and could not go through phone banking. I decided to do this instead. As usual, it worked efficiently, easily, and pain-free. I don't have to wait for the credit union to open to transfer the funds. It's done and off my list. Great app!!

This app is never working!! I enter my correct username and password and it always says "please enter the correct credentials" or something along those lines. The browser version always works.

Does the job, without fuss or mess. Access to and transfers among your accounts are easy to set up. Could use a clearer line to making external transfers, though.

I love how easy it is to use. The only thing I would like to see is being able to have unlimited transfers because it can be an inconveniences when i need to transfer money and ive reached a limit.

Was 5 stars, but now all I get is a "technical difficulties" message. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but I still get the same message. Please fix! Will be 5 stars once it's fixed.

I love this app I can do anything and everything through it pay Bill's and debts businesses as well as private. Easy use if you have a great river bank account you just have to have this app.

Easy to navigate, clear with amounts postes. Credit card info is a bit tricky, yet accessible if need be.

Amazing! I could never do this with my former financial institution. This was so easy! I was "talked" through each step. How convenient!

This is the ultimate app for phone banking. You can do everything you need for banking right in the app. The app is really simple to use and get around.

Ever since they updated, I can't deposit checks remotely. It's getting really irritating & reminding me why I do most of my banking elsewhere.

Refuses to allow fingerprint log in frequently. Must un install, re install and log in, again.

I love how simple it is to make transfers, view statements, and pay my credit card!

Love all but it needs a pending category too. Then it be a 10! Not 5 stars

App is touchy when undergoing maintainance, but works 95% of the time.

I cried when i got a personal letter welcoming me to the union, that shows integrity & we dont see too much of it these days and theres opportunities to build my credit up and referral programs & overall its just an amazing place that works with you personally. They wont let you leave until you understand exactly what youre getting into & make sure you know youre cared for

the people at the bank are very friendly and helpful. I have not had a problem. thank you
