Downloaded installed and put in the user name and password and there is no login button only a forgot login button. You can go to the bottom top create account but we already have an account with a username and password on our Windows 10 desktop via the website. We do not want to change the credentials just to use the app. It should just let you sign in if you already have an online account set up at the website. Very poor execution of this software/app!

Take 30 minutes to do a mobile deposit. Picture won't take automatically with a Galaxy S5. App is slow and cumbersome. Will log me out due to timing out. Another day and hours on the phone with GSB support. Reinstalled app. More problems then before. App needs lots of work. Maybe the developers should try talking or colaborating with some of the other banks around. They all seem to work fine for me.

This has never worked. I called customer service. They couldn't figure it out, so they advised I just use the computer.

Does not do enough for transferring money to the same bank with a different account, in someone else's name. Like my wife Yep separate accounts, no way to transfer except to call.

I was dissatisfied and assume you put as much effort into running your sub par institution as you do this clown act of a website/app. If you are doing business with great southern I encourage you to make better life choices and find a real bank that is not run by pompous morons.
