You can also approve pending nominations for people you manage, and mark awards as presented. Other supported features include monetary eCards and eButtons, nominating a group, award level recommendations (i.e. Wizard), as well as declining awards.

Nice to be able to see rewards but unfortunately it logs off a lot and I can't log back in until I return to work and log in from their computers. A fix for that would gain 5 stars but since it only works when it wants too it gets 3
Overall, the app is wonderful. I do wish however, that it wouldn't select to share on company's wall by default and that it would also disclose that any commendation is being sent not only to the employee but also to their manager.
Very poor interactive app. No response to contact us. I have changed my country but still I am not able to edit the changes. No customer support. Very poor response.
As of 3/29/22 app is broken , updated the app , keeps saying I need to update..in the past its been very user friendly and a great app
Makes it much easier and very convenient to recognize and appreciate my peers.
Concept is great, but customization for awards is limited. It could be limitations set by my employer, but I have escalated before and none of them have many answers. I would like to customize the award amount given to my employees.
Since the end of March 2020, the app has been very laggy. Takes longer than normal to select recipient and then takes longer to move to the ecard section. The overall process still goes through to completion, but it just takes way longer than it did previously. Please fix. It's a great app otherwise.
Simple to use app with a nice clean layout. Used for my workplace in sending ecards, community nominations to my peers, and also to check on my points catalog for purchases. Wished however the text boxes is easier to type in, and understands to format the punctuation or capitalization (simple string of programming to add in). Otherwise it's been great.
I like the app itself and it is relatively easy to use. It just always runs very slowly and takes awhile for anything to load.
Really cool so far. Being able to send recognition as well as check the status of any awards sent or received AND it will alert you when you have received recognition.
Good way to send and receive recognition. It would be nice to be able to view purchase history and edit my profile.
Updated app now it won't open have to uninstall and download again
All it will do after the update is tell me an update is available and download update which I have done.
New app for recognizing my co-hearts at work... fantastic for access instead of being at a desktop! Primo animations for the eCards as well!
Horrible, disconnects every hour or so and needs pairing code each time. Edit: after installing the latest update, it is working great. Updated: once again it is very horrible, the points never refreshes on Android app. Glad I have IOS device as well, Uninstaller this app right away.
I lost 2000 points I guess, I redeemed my points to get Flipkart voucher, and after checking out, I have not received any confirmation email or message. Those points are no longer reflecting in my portal now. Can't even contact this app developer. Worst app ever. I am really sorry to say this but, this should be banned. No contact number to call as well. I have emailed that I have not got my voucher yet, but no reply.
Its frustrating that when you forget your password, there is no option to reset. You keep getting opportunities to try another password. If, I already went through all my password options, can I have the option to reset? Every app provides a forgot password option except this one. Really frustrating!
Used to really enjoy the app until recently when the ability of searching thru the entire list of gifts went away and now your limited to being able to see a small list instead of all or all in your point range. Hopefully will be fixed soon and can increase the rating stars.
it is a little confusing..needs a user friendly interface and hate that if the app updates or you get logged out on your app you have to be at work so that you can get a pairing code every time to reconnect and view your account. the gift cards are under experience instead of just putting gift card in the title.
This app is terrible. The idea of being able to recognize my coworkers is great. But it NEVER works. I have to wait to get to a computer at work to recognize someone for their great work. Would be so much quicker and easier if this worked!
ALWAYS A PROBLEM AT CHECKOUT Even when I added an address, always appears a message telling me that I have to add an address. When I try to add the address....another message appears telling me that an error occurs ...I tried to checkout at least 6 times with no success....
Can't scroll through more than a few gifts, get through and expect more pages, but none to be found. Basically useless because of this, in addition to inability to search. Really needs to be fixed like others have said.
Worst app ever. Actually it's a fraud I think. They never sent the coupon for which I had redeemed my money from the app. I just got the mail that you will get your coupon in next 30 days but never got it. Also lost the money. Please don't use this app, a very frank advice to all.
After having this "app" installed on my Note 9, I received an update notice for the September 27 update. It will not update. I Uninstalled, re-started device, installed the September 27 version. It still says "update available" & will not run or install update. This "app" used to work, no work no mo, it broke. Very sad.
No proper customer support.. There is no option to view order details.. Even if I want to contact support it is asking me to download a .zip file.. Seriously!
Excellent app gives me the ability to recognize coworkers accomplishments on the go, as well as redeem my own points. My only complaint is that when searching through rewards it doesn't display all items, you scroll to the bottom of the 'page and that is all. You don't have the option to go to the next page or to view additional items. There are more rewards but you can't view them through continuous scrolling.
