Not the correct price shown if you have a senior rail card. On one phone it was showing the full price even though I had the correct railcard selected, and on another phone was showing a random price which was neither the full price nor the discounted price. It does work if you want to pay full price or maybe if you have other railcards

The app has problems. I purchased a return ticket to London using Samsung Android. Only the ticket for the outward journey shows up in the app. The return ticket was emailed to me but it doesn't dispatch fully on my phone - so i had to print it. Luckily I had access to a printer

Very poor, it doesn't display departure platform number like it used to do in previous versions of app. Something I always look for when I am in rush at station with 15+ platforms. Please update the app.

Problems buying tickets constantly. I have to reinstall this app constantly as after a few days when I go to buy my tickets it keeps stating I'm off line. when I check my phone every time its showing I have internet connection. The only way round this is to reinstall the app again which is infuriating.

This app is useless. It doesn't allow you to access your tickets offline. If you don't have a WiFi signal you are lost. Older versions of this app used to be fine.

Has never worked for buying a ticket on smartcard. You get stuck on a white screen when you choose the smartcard option. Recently you just get stuck on a white screen every time you try to buy a ticket, when you try to view ticket search results. Yes, buying tickets is broken... I don't usually leave one star reviews, especially for bugs, but I emailed the developers and no reply whatsoever, and the smartcard ticketing has been broken for over a year, so I think at this point it's deserved.

Awful awful app, aside from all the login difficulties others have spoken about the ticket makes it possible to active the wrong leg of the journey first. If you're unlucky enough to do this before their support services are open you'll just have to spend 2x the money. The support lines are very inconsistent as well with one person saying x and another saying y. It's definitely faster and safer just to stick with paper.

Terrible app and when I have had issues with tickets not appearing in wallet and wrong tickets issued, I have been charged £10 to change my ticket. Be careful as this app is such a rip off.

On paper and in general a decent app with useful information, but the fact that routes with changes are not made clear at a glance is dangerous. It's a small fact with big consequences that lets down the app and the company as a whole. I'm currently on route to Stratford instead of Chelmsford as the app said this was the right train, but the quiet driver and lack of 'calling at' signs in the carriages meant nothing was made clear. Sort it out. Sort it all out.

Useless app. Tap on the menu button in the bottom right and the menu appears for about a micro second and then vanishes leaving a white screen. I have had the app previously but removed it when we went into lock down; what's the point of a train app when no one is going anywhere. It used to work OK.

Purchased e-tickets using app no longer appear in ticket wallet. You cannot claim the ticket, yet confirms purchase on the website and email. Crazy, this used to work fine.

Excellent app. I buy all my tickets as mobile tickets now. Very convenient. Would be nice to have following additional features - 1. Ability to go back to home quickly with one tap, for example atm after using mobile ticket, need to tap back 3 times to get to home page to check train times 2. Ability to remove saved credit cards 3. Ability to pay with PayPal quickly. 4. Ability to order favourite journeys

The 'mobile tickets' you get sent when you buy a ticket cause me so much stress. You get an email just saying "press refresh and they will be in the ticket wallet shortly". They never do. The app just tells you there's an error. So frustrating as I like to be organised. Why can't I just get sent my ticket via email on a QR code? It just causes unnecessary anger. Please sort it out. On the plus side it is good to check train times.

This app used to be brilliant, now it's an absolute waste of time as you can't access your tickets anymore as it gives an error. Would be useful if you had an option of collect from station too especially when there are multiple travellers.

Useless. Spent over £80 and the tickets won't download to the app. Customer services were not able to offer anything other than 'uninstall and reinstall' app advice. That was the best I got from them after three phone calls. No offer of refund or paper ticket. Utterly useless. Easily the worst customer services I have encountered for a very long time. I now have to go through a complaints procedure, possibly to the ombudsman to attempt to get my money back. Avoid this app.

It's a good app but it resets itself when you keep it open in the background. Open a ticket to get through barrier and you want to keep the barcode on screen for the conductor but turn phone back on and it resets the app and you have go find the ticket again. Also the ticket wallet should be linked from the front page, not buried on the menu.

Very poor design with several bugs. Most annoyingly it says I have "gone offline" when I try to buy a ticket, despite not being offline. It also takes around 20 touches to re-buy a regular ticket, as compared to 3 touches that my equivalent Norwegian app makes. Genuinely awful.

worked brilliantly the first time when I bought tickets via the PC. Second time I bought tickets via the app and they never appeared there. I had to go to the ticket office to pick up paper tickets. Pretty ridiculous, the whole point was to be able to do everything via the phone but it's actually worse as you think you can and then you can't

I bought three open return tickets expecting to be able to share them to my co-travellers. This was important as we were returning on different days. However, the it turns out that the app cannot do this. Annoyingly no representative at the station could do anything to help, apart from telling me to phone their support line. This was even more frustrating as the person on the phone said it was one booking and that there was nothing she could do to help. Useless!

A few times return ticket disappear. To way to recover very difficult communication with greater Anglia because online company is a different one than kiosks inside stations. So u have to pay double price. Don't use this application, good idea execution. Very expensive and finally not environmentally friendly.

Not working anymore: I am no longer able to pay on the app via PayPal or card. Usually I use PayPal but it comes up with the dialogue box as it openning PayPal verification but doesn't do anything. With card it's a similar story. I'll try a different card but would prefer to use PayPal if possible. My phone is a Samsung galaxy fold 3 on android 11. Let me know if you are aware of any issues or when it will be fixed.

This used to work pretty well for me, it wasn't the smoothest of apps to use but it did what I needed it to - buy tickets and check arrival times. However since the update I just get a blank white screen when I try to find trains to buy a ticket. So now it's completely useless which is such a shame. Please fix this.

It's been a while since travelling with greater anglia and yet my first return journey was 3 changes instead of one and that also included a bus replacement the app is fine but changes to travel are ridiculous. People have suffered enough in this last year I was looking forward to my trip but just more stress about the journey back.
